Let me start by saying the waitress was there by herself and she was outstanding. But the food on the other hand... Pretty bad. I usually love Bob Evans, especially their breakfast food, but this wasnt very good at all. I had biscuits and gravy and the gravy had hard chunks in it, and a slight film on top of it. The biscuits were hard. You could tell both had been sitting out for some time. I brought myself to try it for some reason, and that was a mistake. My eggs, sausage, and hash browns were ok, but not the greatest. On top of that there was this pissed off bus boy who was slamming dishes around very loudly, and generally looking pissed to be there. This is my second bad experience at this particular Bob Evans with their food. I went there last year also while I was in town because of convenience being right next to my hotel. I wont stop going to Bob Evans restaurants because most are great, but I wont be going back to this one again.

I would normally say I like Bob Evans. However, this time.. the spicy chicken salad had no spice. It was all sweet. The chicken was honey flavored and the sauce was ranch sugar.. The waitress took a very long time to refill our waters.. The waitress told my gluten free wife she could replace her bread with a fruit side.. she then charged us for the fruit side and didnt bring any bread.. The one star above hate is because my wife did enjoy her salad with green goddess dressing. Thats all!

Went in to have dinner. From the moment in the door it felt like we were an inconvenience. An hour before we got our food which wasnt that good. My husband stepped outside and couldnt get back in. They closed and locked the door. I asked a server if she could let him back in, she had to ask another server. Then she said she didnt know she would have to ask a manager. REALLY! Will never go back!

I have ate here at this location a few times and each time was a great experience, most of the employees were very friendly, especially a server named Debby,,very pleasant attitude and always gets the orders right,, Bob Evans should have her train the other servers and show her that you greatly appreciate her as a person and employee !

Should refrain from sweeping up dust close to guests it really bothers those of us with allergies. Invest in an electric broom. Cook the french toast last. Leaving ii in window is going to be cold and recook it instead of reheating it when sent back.

My nephew and I had breakfast. He had eggs over easy crispy bacon and wheat toast. Within 1/2 hour he had terrible stomach cramps, nausea and then diaheria. A bad touch of food poisoning

The new server Kaitlin i believe is her name spilled soda all over my younger sisters leg and didnt help at cleaning it at all. Not good customer service very dissapointed..
