Terrible!! The owner was rude and the food was outdated and disgusting. I ordered shrimp toast, I have had shrimp toast at many different chinese resturants and know that each place might make it differently This shrimp toast was gray and had a foul smell. The owner took one look at it when I returned and threw it in the garbage. I wish I had taken a picture. I was very nice and tried to explain that the rest of the food was terrible too. My General Tso chicken was yellowish and had a mustard look and taste to it. The girl behind the counter insisted that it was their recipe and I was the first person in 10 years to complain. I accepted this as the truth and considered that it might just be my taste buds...lol..whatever. So then I asked her about the BUGS!!!!!! on my cake roll desert, that I didnt even order but was told it was a gift. I appreciated the gesture but when I told them it had two very small bugs on it they became unreasonable. They would not look at it and acted like they didnt fully understand what I meant. At this point my mother who was with me become angry and went to the car. The mood had changed and suddenly they were taking this personal. I was told there would be no refund and was accused of not even trying the food. SoI left the food on a table and left. People were eating and I didnt want to cause a scene. If you like Bugs, gray and outdated shrimp toast and mustard in your general tso chicken then this is your kind of place. I hope the owner was proud he kept my 30.00 dollars he refused to refund because I will never set foot back in that place.

The BEST Chinese food I have EVER had. Do not listen to the bad reviews. I am a marketing director and own a agency, so I have seen this type of intentional attempt at trying to ruin competition. Crestwood is small, and every mom and pop restaurant is competing desperately for your dollars. So, keep that in mind. I order from China King at least twice a week. I have eaten at almost every Chinese restaurant in Louisville. I have no clue why someone would eat at Panda express...their food is junk. I have watched the amazing chefs at China King make my food. It isnt frozen. If you want the best Chinese food available, eat at this restaurant. If you want to believe all of the fake bad reviews made by desperate struggling crestwood restaurants, then eat at whatever place you want. I dont lie...I have no alternative motive. I do not work there, but I am awesome, own a successful business and eat there several times a month.

Dishonest thieves! Make sure you check the menus price against what they charge you. They changed the size of my order and tried to charge me $6 more for my food. Then when I called them out on the over charge they acted like it was my fault and said I ordered items that I had not ordered. Know the cost of your order before you place it or they will overcharge you!

I give 3 stars for two reasons. 1. We ordered Gen Tsos chicken we received orange chicken. 2. Their fried rice tastes like its those microwave in 90 second bags of rice. While the mixed up order and rice were disappointing the orange chicken was light and sweet and had good taste to it. We will give it another shot eventually.

These people couldnt be nicer! The food is always fresh, they do not use MSG of which I am very sensative so I know. I have used them for catering on numerous occasions and they always go above and beyond and always give me extra. If you havent tried it lately I encourage you to. You wont be disappointed.

I started going to this place when it first opened. It started out awesome but now that they have the monopoly on Chinese food in crestwood, chicken and beef taste like slime. Im still looking for a decent Chinese restaurant close by.

I ordered take out bourbon chicken and orange chicken. It was so bad we threw it away. I spent $27 and it was probably the worst food my family has eaten. Such a shame because we do try to use our local businesses.
