Alright. First off: I should have known not to go there because the place was completely empty on a Friday night. I placed a phone order to this place BY NUMBER. Ex: "I would like a #14, a #23, and a #8 please." When I arrived to p/u, the order was incorrect. First the total was 15.00. Then the order was 25.00 I stated exactly what it was I ordered. Then the man behind the counter began arguing with me over the quantity of my order. I ordered two meals and an appetizer. I stated it was ____, ____ and ____. He said: "Three meals." Um...no. The very rude female cashier then snatched the ticket and brought it to me, waving it in my face asking me if the number written on the top was my number. I told her it was but that I did NOT order Sweet and Sour chicken, but ____, ___ and _____. She put her hand on her hip and started rolling her eyes and speaking Chinese to him. He then took off the incorrect item and gave me yet another total, the whole time talking back to her in Chinese, no doubt about my alleged mistake. Food: pretty good but the beef and broccoli smelled funny. Service: total suckage. Atmosphere: empty Value: not worth it or the rude hassling employees. Run to Empire Buffet or Chow Time. Go anywhere else.

The food is fine but the service is awful. I ordered 2 things over the phone, the person on the phone (which was also the cashier) told me to "give her a minute" 3 times. When I completed my order, she hung up. I had to call back to give her my card information to pay. She also hung up on me that time. When I entered the building to pick up my order, without any greeting, the cashier (same person from the call) told me to "Give her a minute" and without my response proceeded to sweep behind the counter. I also noticed that there was a child behind the counter. Anyway, when I looked confused and didnt answer, she said "excuse me! Give me a minute". Then when she was finished she asked me if I was the call in order. I gave my name over the phone but she didnt ask that, I said yes anyway and she handed me my food, my receipt, pointed to the soy sauce packets and walked away. Obviously they dont value their customers because there was an older woman standing there behind the counter with the child, whom I assume is a manager or an owner of this business. Good thing there are so many other "Chinese" restaurants in this city. I feel ok giving this 1 star rating because the food wasnt horrible.

They Dont Pay Their Employees. I was there tonight and the waiter said in broken English, "They do not pay us anything. We work for tips only." I told the young man thats illegal. They have to pay you. You are mistaken. He replied, "No No! This is Chinese restaurant! They dont have to pay!" The waiter walked away hurriedly and I did not pursue the line of questioning. However, I question the legitimacy of the employees. I do not know if they are legal or illegal. I think the owner is not reporting all his employees and exploiting the others.

Im not sure what happened 4 years ago but this place is awesome! When you order be prepared for a wait, as the make it all fresh. You can hear them cutting up everything. Its a small hole in the wall so there is limited seating. Good price great food

I ordered from here all the time. They are really good about making sure I get white rice for my significant other one, even when I forget. My favorite dish from here is the sweet-and-sour chicken dinner combo.
