I worked here for a matter of three months it was a good place overall when I started but then things went downhill. A lot of the workers do not go by regulation and a lot of them are late. A lot of the managers also do not do what they are supposed to do as a manager. Some of the workers also constantly messed up on peoples orders and yet still manage to have a job and nothing is done about it. Also even though we only get one free meal a day manager still allow workers to walk out with free food constantly that we are technically not supposed to have. Overall this would have been a great job experience but they need better managers and better more respectful servers and workers who actually follow regulations. Also, the managers trade food with other food services such as donut shops in Taco Bell constantly I have witnessed this firsthand and yet they do not get in trouble for it even though it is technically I am pretty sure it is against the law. If not it is still wrong and we were still told not to do things like that we were told not to take free food other than what we were told we could have we were told to wear gloves when we handle food yet half if not almost all of the workers do not wear gloves when making peoples Pizza also a lot of the servers or completely rude except for a couple handful that are actually very sweet and deserve to be in a better place than they are.

This is a nice place with good atmosphere mostly overall the one reason I hate this place is the waitress we always get she is she a royal hard butt weve been told that we can only sit in certain places in the establishment also when she comes to the table shell ask what do you want very rudely also shell bring our drinks over to the table and slam then on the table knocking one over one time(glad it was only ice) then she when she decides you finally can have your pizza she throws that down on the table to Ive seen several other people walk out and leave on her unfortunately I have small children and they need to eat and would think were not eating at all and get upset or Id leave on her. Management needs to do something about her or they wont get another dime from my pocket. Otherwise I like the resteraunt and everyone else and Itd be a four star experience but I cannot stand somebody who hate everybody and tries to turn your visit into a bad day so we quit going and had to go all the way to Franklin for pizza hut for awhile because of this hateful old bitty fortunately the Scottsville road location also got wifi which is important to me. If a bad day or a chance to tell someone off is what you want then go here otherwise avoid at all costs or at least ask for Kim to wait on you.

I go here from time to time for lunch with coworkers for the buffet. It seems every single time we get the same server (and shes excellent!). The staff is very good about bringing out a pizza I request to the buffet and usually just deliver the request right to my table. However, this excellent service is not an excuse for me not to write out my dinner experience here. While the food was tasty, our waitress was rude, unreliable, and just plan sassy. Empty drinks were left at the table for long periods of time without being refilled. When asking about if we should get the hand tossed pizza or the pan pizza type, we were answered with "I dont know. I dont eat pizza." Thats fine and all, but the correct thing to do would be to assist the customer by giving a description of what the types were. When our food arrived, I asked for some ranch for my buffalo chicken pizza. The waitress responded with "you can get it yourself" in a very sassy, uncaring tone while pointing to the salad bar. Im more than happy to get my own ranch, but simply didnt know the salad bar was even open or if thats the proper procedure. The tone and attitude she gave off was simply unacceptable.

Heres the thing with this restaurant. Normally I would give it a high rating but the problem Ive had with them is that when you ask for say extra cheese or extra bacon. A lot of times it doesnt seem like they actually do add them. In my experience if you want your order to be right then dine in and have the taller waitress with brown hair take your order. She is awesome and if you tell her something isnt right, she will make sure they fix your order correctly.

We used to adore pizza Hut and ordered every weekend from them from delivery. Unfortunately the last 3 months theyve had difficulties with EVERY order. Either messing up the order somehow and quite a few times its been cold as well. Unfortunately we wont be ordering from them anymore.

Super friendly service and delicious pizza and wings! The brownies are worth it if youre a dessert person. I always look for coupons on retail me not and use the codes for the best deal. The drive thru is super convenient.
