Im a regular. They treat me well. I walk in and I always receive a warm welcome. One gentleman even has made the effort to learn me and my two other friends names. Out of the many places to eat, your local Chick-fil-A, including this one, is always a comfortable place to be. UPDATE: this Chick-fil-A be testing my loyalty. If I order a lunch item in the app before 10:30 they get all flustered when I come in. I like to order a chicken salad sandwich for lunch later in the day. Its very convenient! Then just now at 10:27 I tried to order a full lunch to dine in. She wouldnt let me! Said I could come back in 3 mins! And well I did end up waiting.....I have given them my dignity.

Nice store of the Chik-Fillup brand; Ive been to this one more than any other to keep Momma happy. (That one in BG, KY still my favorite, though.) This joints drive-thru is always lit like the KK sign cross the road. Clean dining room, well-appointed restrooms, and great service. I get that Chicken Club, but you get whatcha want. Navigation Note: This place has a one-way U round the back of the building, but watch yo Kiddies walkin through that lot. Some dorkfest always havin those chicken-eyes and missed the memo. Nobody needs to lose a leg over chicken, People of the World.

Extra, extra busy! Ive never been here when there wasnt a line around the building, but understandably so! Chic-Fil-A is delicious, and there just arent enough locations! I usually go inside to avoid waiting in the long line, and tend to get through pretty quickly. The staff is so sweet - especially the old gentleman who walks around the dining room, tidying up, and helping people out! The one time my husband and I ate inside, he got me a refill! Its the little things, amiright? We left his sweet little heart a tip!

I cant believe how gross my food was. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. When I pulled the sandwich out, it was wet. The bread was moist and soggy, did not taste good. Then I took and bite and there was grissle!! It was so gross I spit it out!! My fries were also soggy and not fresh, they were gross and almost tasted stale. They werent even hot. Chic Fil a is supposed to be good and this was not good at all it grossed me out.

Went through drive through ordered 3 chicken sandwiches . One was a meal and other 2 were not. I ordered 2 grilled and one breaded chicken sandwich . When I arrived home the bag only had 2 in it. I was upset because the one I ordered was left out left out .I repeated the order to her at least twice . I do not understand what was hard about the order. It was not a pleasure to be served by them. I doubt I will return there .

LOVE Chickfila. But this location (unfortunately the one closest to my house) consistently offers the slowest service out of any Ive ever visited. I seriously dont understand how this one can be so out of the ordinary in terms of poor service. And I also dont understand why corporate doesnt intervene. And I also dont understand how this location earned such high ratings.

The manager during the morning shift is beautiful. I think she is Jamaican or African or something. I mean her booty is incredible. Its huge! She can sit on my face. I have never seen a booty like this before. The staff is very friendly. Line is constantly wrapped around the building. Never had a bad experience in the 3 years I have been eating here.

Fantastic. Great customer service. Im on a first name basis with these folks. If youre familiar with the delicious food served then you know what type of food it is and how it tastes. Only draw back is the location is in a goofy place. Safe, mind you, just awkward place. but that doesnt detract from going to this establishment at least 2x a week

Chicken Biscuits - how are they so good? I typically avoid fast food but cant help myself. Only four stars because the spicy chicken is hit or miss and sometimes the Biscuits have way too much butter....to the point that the Biscuits fall apart and hit my stomach like a bomb. But I still eat them. WHY?

The customers service is the best ever, even when this place is extremely busy, the employees are friendly and try hard to make sure you get your food fast. Its always yummy and well worth it. Salads are amazing, soup is fulfilling, and sandwiches are the bomb. One of the best stops for chicken ever.

I dont eat chicken at all. The have these Greek yogurt parfait that are amazing. My husband also work in kitchen. When we were driving down the road he wanted to go there because there kitchen is very clean. It was 1 of 3 restaurant in the area he was okay with stopping at.

Just left the Chick-fil-A, my sandwich was cold and my service was slow and not very friendly. However the older male in the parking lot directly traffic because of Cow Day was very pleasant and super friendly.

OMFG CHICKEN!!!!! Humor aside this is the best Chick-fil-A.. first time eating here the manager is super friendly. Staff was friendly. I found my new favorite food in rivergate!!! Will defiantly visit again!!!

This place is so amazing, this place is like the In-N-Out Burger of the south. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to eat because the atmosphere is the best.

Chicks are always 5 stars imo but this one is superb! Great active ownership and elderly gentleman (super-cool guy) is always there on the floor helping everyone... worth a lil extra drive time.

Food is great as always, but the traffic management is horrendous. If the line wraps around the store, then there becomes a gridlock because cars leaving cant get out because of car waiting.

Horrible parking for rush hour. Can not get to parking space without being stuck in drive-thru line from horrible road layout. Food is always good though...
