We ordered our pizza last night at 5:30 and was told delivery would be at 6:41.that time came and went no delivery. I called at 7 and before I could say anything a rude male said if you dont pick up your order you cant place an order and started to out me on hold. I said I have already placed my order and want to know where it is. He asked my name and said in ten minutes. Again he started to hang up and I said they better be hot when they get here and he mumbled something and hung up. 7:40 as I was once again calling back there was a knock on my door. The driver brought the cold pizza with no apology for being an hour late delivering and said he was called back in and if I had a complaint to call the store I might get a small credit. This pizza order cost us 45.00 which was shocking in itself. But waiting two hours from time of order to deliver was even worse. I called back to the store and explained my complaint, I was placed on hold and someone came on the phone and once again I explained my issues I was again placed on hold. Finally a manager came on the phone. She apologize for the delay and offered me a small credit, that wasnt enough for me. I told her I wanted the pizzas remade and before I could tell her we would pick them up this time she said we are not delivering any more tonight. I told her we would come get them. Not only were our first two pizzas cold they didnt even put the extra toppings on that we were charged for. My son drove to the store picked up our second order and was back home with steaming hot pizzas.I relied on the time frame I was given to take my insulin by the time the first order arrived I was in a low sugar drop. I have decided I will no longer order from this Pizza Hut because this is the second time this has happened and no one there really seems to care about the customers. I wonder if the general manager knows what is going on there. We lived in Bowling Green KY and ordered from the Pizza Hut there and their service was awesome, they had a team that was run by a manager that cared about his customers. The staff there is rude, nasty and could care less if pizzas get to where they are supposed to and if they are made cirrectly. I will say though the last person I talked to although shortbwith me was nicer than any one else I had spoken to. I understand getting overwhelmed but that is no reason for this to happen time and time again. I am complaining here and will also email the general manager or who ever at this store because I dont feel as if this was taken seriously enough.

Worst service of any food establishment I have ever visited. I order pizza at least once a week and the only reason I order it from there is because I love the deep dish. 99% of the time my pizza is incorrect and I have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for them to correct it. Ask for well done pizza and I get one that is pill white and doughy on the inside. Or is missing half the cheese and toppings that I ordered. While I wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for my pizza to be fixed I hear nothing but complaints on the phone and people coming in the store that ordered pizza for delivery over 3 hours prior to them coming in the store wearing their food and then getting nothing for their trouble. It is so unsanitary everyone that works there is sagging with her rear end hanging out of their pants and not washing their hands and touching their body parts, stomachs head scratching their back Exedra and then touching food. This experience last time was probably the last time I will ever ordered anything from them.

I ordered online about 3 hours ahead of when I wanted my order delivered. I got a call 50 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to arrive telling me they couldnt deliver to my address. When I asked why I was not called earlier they said their delivery was running 2 hours behind. #1. What is the point of scheduling a delivery ahead of time if they are going to deliver it TWO HOURS late? #2. WHY was I able to place an online order from the suggested store based on my location if that store does NOT deliver to my location? #3. HOW does the store not even tell me they arent delivering my order until almost an hour AFTER the order is supposed to arrive? The lady I talked to on the phone was not even apologetic. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again.

So I work at baskin Robbins ordered a pizza at 7 they said it would be delivered in 45 mins I waited 3 hours called they said they were closed hung up on me so I called back again and they "looked up my order" said I didnt place an order when they said my total was 24.81 then they hung up on me the second time by the tied time I called they ignored my call 4th time they answered I asked nicely to speak to a manager they said whatever and hung up on me. So CLEARLY THESE INCOMPETENT ASSHOLES NEED TO LEARN HOW TO HAVE A JOB!!!! AND NOT ANNOY EVERYONE THEY MEET. I REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPE THEY ALL GET FIRED AND A NEW NICER STAFF GETS HIRED!!! COMPLETELY HATE THIS PLACE NOW.

If there was any way to give less than a star, I would. The store manager put me on hold for 20 minutes while he left the store, refused to give me a discount given to me by the Area Manager, two hours (and several calls) later I was told my order was voided because of lack of a delivery driver, something no one told me about previously. Then upon going to the store itself to get my pizza, they made one of them wrong thus making me wait even longer. All my girlfriend wanted for her birthday was Pizza Hut pizza. Thanks for ruining that. Im excited to get with the internal report team who are supposed to be emailing me today.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! I ordered online last night and they never delivered me my food. I called this morning and was told three times that it would be resolved when I called back in 30 minutes. (So it took me an hour and a half to keep calling back) They were in a "bad way" this morning. My order was voided out with zero explanation in the notes and the manager had no idea what happened when I put my foot down and asked to speak to him. I dont have a vehicle right now and only have a credit card so now I am starving. :(

Horrible wait time!!! I ordered a pizza at 8 pm. The estimated time for pick up was 8:30. I got there at 8:35 only to be told that it was going to be another 10 minute wait. I literally waited for 30 minutes inside the pizza hut while I watched employees basically walk around as if there was nothing to do. After a couple extra minutes of waiting, I got up and walked out. Thank God for my good patience. Anybody else wouldve exploded.
