Worst customer service ever!! We ordered 2 medium pizzas, bread sticks and 4 drinks for ourselves and our two children. There were "maybe" six families dining in total. We sat there for over 40 minutes before any food was brought out. 20 minutes later, our first pizza arrived. Shortly after, our second one arrived. It was made incorrectly, and we let our server know. She offered to remake it, which we declined, bc we didnt want to sit there waiting, as our kids ate and then have them waiting for God only knows how long till they brought back our corrected pizza. As we go to pay our bill, we quickly realized that our "6.99 pizza any toppings and any crust" was not so. They tried adding on $1.25 for each topping we had on our pizza... Nope, not today, Satan. This was possibly the worst experience weve ever had at a pizza hut. Itll be a VERY long time before they get our hard earned money again.

So, I have had multiple occasions of rudeness from the staff and driver. As well as cold food. It is one thing to be slow but to drive past your house 3 times keep going and come back 20 mins later with ice cold food. Do not order from here at night. Day time Ive had better luck but at night when Keith is working is a joke. Tracy shouldnt put someone with that much lacking in customer service skills in charge alone. Was hung up on, eventually had to go pick my own food up even though I was charged a delivery fee. The point of delivery is convenience is it not? I live maybe a mile from the store is it too much to have it delivered in less then 2 hours, the pizza be warm, get all you ordered and people be polite?

This place is a joke! Food is always cold, dry, and nasty. Management is a joke. She took my order more than once, for delivery, made the pizza, knowing she didnt have ANY drivers, so my pizza that was supposed to be here in 45 minutes, got here 3 hours later. All she could say is that it was on its way. BS all the way around! Needs to be shut down and get new management and employees!

Hey Bridget, the meal we had was so bad that I though about ending my life that night. It was only moments ago that you dissapointed me more then I did my parents when I was born. Your pizza was cheezier than a drunk mans one liner and I want you to know it was awful. Sorry you were a terrible waitress. -Josh

Middle of the road pizza, even for a chain. Thin on the toppings and have been known to leave a ring around the pizza of 2 inches of plain crust. Bit greasy at times. Best can be said is that it is far better than Decaturs Papa Juans.

Nasty and dry bread sticks pizza was post to have garlic crust and it wasnt at all... Called to tell them about it person act like they dont know how to communicate...

My pizza and cheese bread were over cooked and had way too much sauce on it. Also it took them another hour to bring a replacement

Pizza was very good. Brownies were NOT baked.. Wings, only received 3 and a lot of small pieces, mostly fried breading.
