El lugar es lindo, tiene buen ambiente LASTIMA DE SERVICIO, desde la que te recibe en la puerta, hasta la mesera se portan racistas, se creen americanas cuando tienen el nopal bien puesto en la frente, tal pareciera que no fueras a pagarles o vinieras a pedir regalado.

Not sure what has happened to this location, but this was beyond the worst experience for us in the last few years. Cold, tasteless food. Poor service between the three waiters who kept disappearing, forgot part of our order while another part was not to order. Will think long and hard before returning to a prior favorite in BG, especially after paying and being blatantly ignored with our polite concerns.

Prices are very high for your run of the mill mexican restaurant. The chips were over-fried and not very tasty. The salsa was really nasty too.. Tasted like they put a bunch of pineapple juice in it or something. The burritos on the other hand were super great. The california burrito was HUGEEE and really good. The burrito deluxe was super tasty too. And no mistakes on the order, which was nice.

Great Mexican food. We eat here at least three times a month. Awesome and speedy service every single time!!! I cant say if its the best place to have Mexican in town, because I really cant think of a reason to go anywhere else to eat mixican food! "If it aint broke, dont fix it".

Terrible service. Been there plenty of times and each time I never get a refill, but everyone else at my table gets all the refills they want but I somehow always get 0 refills. The refills are killing it. I want my refills not just one cup of sprite.

I love everything about El Maz. The food is delicious and plentiful. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. The dressing and tables are unique and really nice. The overall atmosphere is so much fun.

Great place for get togethers. Love the people and the food! There was 23 of us and they got us our food and drinks out pretty quick. Couldnt ask for better service. Love all the El Mazatlans!

Food was great for a long time. Theyve recently started adding cilantro to the chicken. Their cheese dip is good and the fajitas are usually great, but not with cilantro.

I prefer the other location off of 31-w bypass. Chorizo Queso is great. I love the steak tacos. They also have the best tomatillo sauce in town hands down (all locations).

This is the most efficient El Maz in bowling green. The food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. I call in food here all the time and Ive never waited.
