Both times that I have visited this Burger King the dining room as well as the beverage station has been disgusting. The tables and floor are sticky as well as covered with evidence of previous customers. The garbage cans have been overflowing with trash. The staff can generally be seen standing directly next to the entrance smoking or hanging out behind the counter chatting with each other and/or drinking and snacking instead of maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. Dont waste your time as more than likely youll loose your appetite before you even receive your food.

Placed my lunch order at the drive through, the girl was so rude in our two second interaction, that I just kept driving past the window to go someplace else. I have a very short lunch break and I want lunch to be a happy good experience. Not going to happen here. It has been going down hill for quite a while. Checking this one off my places to get a quick lunch!

Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to have barely warm food. If this place wasnt on the way to work and the next closest one really out of the way I wouldnt ever come here. Leave extremely early if you need to be on time somewhere else. Youll be in the drive thru for at lease 20 minutes if theres ever more than one other car

Normally, I dont have any issues, but tonight after the guy repeated my order back to me, what I ended up with was the wrong size meal, wrong sandwich (but paid full price for the meal I DID order), the lid to my drink was not put on well so it spilled all over the bag, I received no receipt, and had to wait 10 minutes in line.

They need to chill out on the mayo and ketchup. I got a whopper and a cheeseburger and we couldnt eat either cause of the pounds of condiments. The person at the drive thru had a terrible attitude as well and the receipt machine was broken. Wont be returning again, this place is disgusting and so is the staff.

I ordered a Double Stacker from inside at the counter and got a Whopper Jr., I then took it back and Alia my server seemed upset & had an attitude that they had to give me the food I originally ordered. In my opinion if your craving Burger King, dont go to the BK on S. Walnut Street in Bloomington.

Food is fine, taste good, made right, and doesnt taste like its been sitting around, but the inside of this place is soo gross, not 1 clean table, everything is sticky, smells weird. The cleanest thing in here is the broom, Im assuming because it never gets used. In conclusion, dont dine in.

Ordered a bacon king, bun and possibility the beef are way overcooked. The bacon has 2 cooked strips and 2 near raw strips. Needless to say I didnt eat it. In order to get a refund either the general manager has to be there or you have to call him beforehand.

Service here is actually really great. Went through the drive through late at night with four friends in the car, and they let us do 5 separate orders. McDonalds maxes out at 2. (Taco Bell also does 5, just so you know). Food is what youd expect

At night they never have the shake machine active. I have gone there 6 times in the last month around 9 or 10 and can never get a shake. The fries sit around for a long time and if you ask them to drop them fresh they have an attitude about it.
