Awesome food at a great value. I usually spend about $7 and manage to have leftovers for another day or two. Its typical greasy, Americanized Chinese comfort food, but they do it well. They also have a lot of options for vegetarians, which is nice for me. Not much in the way of service or atmosphere (the lady at the counter is usually pretty cranky, but Ive seen her smile a few times,) but Ill keep coming back. I also think the quality of food at this location is superior to the campus location, Dragon Express.

I drive out of my way to go to this place for takeout. I like (my childhood favorite) chicken chow mein, which is not served in some of the other places in town. Their dry crunchy noodles are not greasy - other places I go to requires having a napkin at the ready. The lady in charge is... uh, "in charge," but, thankfully, she doesnt yell at customers. And maybe she isnt yelling at the cooks, just making sure they hear her. I recommend a visit. f

Excellent food for a great price. The only downside is having to pay with cash or personal check. This is the only place in town that gives my other favorite Chinese restaurant a run for its money. Their sesame chicken, pork fried rice, and crab rangoons are very, very good. Im sure most of their other dishes are too. Food takes about 10 minutes for 2 dishes, so calling ahead is a good idea.

They dont take credit cards. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Egg Foo Yung was not terrible but not great either. The eggrolls were way overdone and hardly had anything inside. They look to be stored right at the grill in a bucket? We live nearby and had only eaten there once a few years ago. Now I recall why we were not interested in returning.

Absolutely LOVE Dragon Chinese. Ive never waited more than 10 minutes for my food regardless of what I ordered. Everything Ive tried tasted great (with Beef/Brocolli - Spicy added and rib tips my favs. And Moo Shu!) and the value is ridiculously cheap! Im a cook and know the taste of quality, they definitely have it! Bravo, Ill be a lifer for sure :)

Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try it. This restaurant does not take cards and lost out on a very large order. When in unfamiliar territory I resort to reviews online for the "best" of cuisine. This day and age; seriously, who carries cash on them? I believe they are missing out on a lot of business for not taking debit cards.

Only Chinese food I will eat in Bloomington. The food is made fresh each and every time you go there. A large serving either on house or to go is more food than you can eat in one sitting. Everything on their menu is good. Love this place, but they dont take plastic. I use cash, but they will take local checks.

Great food and always ready quickly. About as authentic as it gets on the west side of town. Only had a messed up order one time and they took care of it without any hassle. With regards to convenience, its unfortunate that they only accept cash, because sometimes you just forget to get some in advance.

I doesnt matter how good the food is because I will never buy it. Stand in line - no problem. Place the order - no problem. THEN they say they only take cash? They couldnt put up a f*****g sign to say that? Theres a limit to how badly Im willing to be treated and they passed it.

Good food for a low price. BUT, they only accept cash. The food is really tasty. But it has a lot of oil in it so I would not recommend it if you are a health conscious person. Overall, a place for quick-bites when you dont want to spend too much of money on dine ins.

We just keep trying new places, and just keep winding back up at the dragon. No better food found. Always hot and plenty of food served. I love the Chicken Curry, and the Twice Cooked Pork. My husband is big on their Shrimp Mai Fun Noodles. Give it a try.

They werent accepting card at the time and I had no cash on me. They ended up just giving me my meal on the house! I am one happy Sailor and I appreciated this kind gesture the food was also fantastic! Definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Believe the hype. It may not look like much, but this is by far and away the best Chinese food ive had in a very long time. I get this place weekly. The dinner portions are huge and You can get two of them for about 15. My favorite place in Bloomington.

I love this place! The food is inexpensive and yummy, very quick, and great for take-out. Eating in is kind of dull - it is like a cafeteria. Our favorites are the chicken and broccoli and salt and pepper fish. I have yet to have anything bad =)

They used to have the best Gen. Tso chicken on the planet. Now its still good but there isnt much sauce, sorta like dry rub, and it just isnt spicy at all. Still ok just not as good as it once was and more mainstream. Lost the uniqueness.

No other chinese food compares to Dragon! Every time Im out of town or eat somewhere else Im hugely disappointed. Dragon makes chinese food awesome! Best wonton, egg drop, rib tips, curry chicken, etc ...everything they make is so good.

Got my order fast. I was used to Chinese dinners in the round Togo pans but this was huge rectangle pan full I can say I got my $7 worth. I got sweet and sour chicken and it was good. And just like everyone else said CASH ONLY.

CASH ONLY!!! Very good Chinese for a strip mall. Dining room is sparse and simple, but tidy and clean, with all new tables and chairs. They do a brisk takeout business. Warning: if you ask for it Extra Spicy, be prepared. Wow.

Dragon is very consistent...not the best takeout Chinese ever but very good. Their Moo Shu pork is top-notch. Not the best hot & sour soup but thats forgivable. They also make their own hot chili sauce which is xcellent.

The food is great! But THEY ONLY TAKE CASH OR CHECK. THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. It was a little frustrating that they didnt take my debit card but the food is outstanding. It is a little pricey but not bad.

Ive been eating here since my freshmen year at I absolutely love this place. The staff is very funny and warm plus they get food done pretty fast. The prices are fairly cheap. Plus I support family businesses.

High quality for a Chinese place. Been twice this winter and it just feels too cold inside the restaurant to dine in. This might be because people with to-go orders keep opening the door, coming and going.
