I was wondering where to meet some family members for Thanksgiving dinner this year. We went to Bob Evans last year and the food was pretty good. I just heard the waitresses talking about what kind of vegetable to serve us--I heard them say that it would be easier and cheaper to serve a certain type of vegetable. ??? Didnt they know I could hear them? The Thanksgiving dinner said that dessert was included. When we asked for dessert, they charged us for it. I showed them the Thanksgiving menu list that stated at the bottom that dessert was included. The person who waited on me, apparently, was not aware of that. When I asked her about it, she said that dessert was not included--so I had to show her the menu to show her that it was included. I dont know--maybe they were new workers on that day but I dont think I will go back there for Thanksgiving dinner this year.

My husband ordered takeout yesterday. My Wildfire salad they failed to give me my wildfire salad dressing. Plus, not wanting to gross anyone out after 2 bites when I went down deep into my salad I found a hair. My husband called and talked to the manager needless to say it didnt go very well. The manager argued with him and of course my husband didnt take that to well. So, we will not be eating at a Bob Evans again. This used to be one of my favorite place to eat.

Nice place you got here, Bob. Typical country style food served in a corporate-office-approved atmosphere. The staff are friendly, fast, and consistent. Portions are good and prices are reasonable. Big variety in the menu, and being open 24/7 is nice, especially since they serve breakfast around the clock. I wanted to complain about this being part of a soulless restaurant chain - and it is - but actually they do a good job and make it a solid experience.

Ordered 2 different dinners they were out of both...one of the dinners was advertised on a large table tent...stating cooked fresh daily. Waitress said they had been out for 2 days...then remove the advertisement from the table...duh. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location...do yourself a favor and go to The Cracker Barrel across the street.

I am so thankful for such an excellent restaurant so near our home. The food always tastes wonderful. The staff is very professional and we are treated with respect. Also the dining restaurant is always very clean. All of these things make for an enjoyable dining experience.

Food is excellent but the waitress is very rude ask for the peoples order that day after my wife and I. Sorry there will be no tip, except better costumer service and pay attention to who you seat and follow the chain. I would rate lower but Bob Evans dont deserve that.

This place is not what it used to be the food was off and The Taste was off and it just did not appeal to my satisfaction. Restaurants are not what they used to be and they need to be changed up and make more healthier choices not taking the taste out of it either.

Dining room was bordering on hot. Service was VERY slow. Our server was really nice and apologized. Apparently some staff did not show up for work that night. Food was just okay. It will probably be a while before we go back there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took forever to get our food and when we did my frenchtoast was more like soggy egg bread. When they remade it it was still undercooked. I will never go back.

One of the nicer places outside of downtown to get 24 hour breakfast food. Always enjoy what I get here. The staff are usually friendly and the service has usually been quick with how busy that have been.
