A new Taco Bell with modern decor. The staff is friendly and bathrooms are decent. Although the staff is friendly, they are a bit noisey and dont take enough care in putting together the food items during a meal time rush. Items come out with on the outside of the wrapper or lacking the proper amount of ingredients. General food handling and assembly guidance could help the evening shift workers. This was a first and only time visit experience which could be shift specific. Overall its consistent with all other Taco Bell restaurants in quality.

There is a manager that works drive thru frequently that has really good customer service skills and a great personality. Cant say that about the rest of the staff. The basic tacos are crap, but the rest of the menus is as expected. Grounds are clean. Pulling out of there is hell, be careful....however our most recent visit, I barely ate anything because they forgot to put my kids food in our bag, and forgot the receipt.

The restaurant was clean and the guy who took our order was nice, but the food was not. My chicken cantina bowl was only half full and the rice was stale and crunchy. My boyfriend asked for no tomatoes in his chalupas, but they came out with tomatoes. It seemed like whoever was in the kitchen didnt care about our food at all.

Food was good,price was good but I ordered two bean burritos with extra sour cream and there was no sour cream on them so I went up there and the the lady at the counter was RUDE but over all it was ok

I love taco bell but everytime I go to taco bell in clanton they always have something wrong with my order. I cant remember a time my order was right.

I love Taco Bell. It is a great place to go get Mexican food when you dont want to spend a lot of money. The $5 meal box is a great deal.
