This Taco Bell location has provided me the worst experience I could have ever imagined. On Mothers Day weekend my family and I were enjoying our time at our camper, and we decided to get Taco Bell for dinner! My boyfriend and I went inside to order and things were fine, we were taken care of quickly. After we paid for our food the cashier (Gavin) approached us and asked my boyfriend for his card and ID, he seemed to have thought we were being fraudulent. My boyfriend said no, and we asked for a manager. The manager was in the back mopping up spilled cheese and refused to talk to us until she was finished with the clean up, because apparently it takes a lot of skill to mop up a floor that only managers obtain. Anyways, I was livid, and I announced that the this "manager" that we had been accused of fraudulent behavior because my boyfriend "grabbed his card quickly" from Gavin. Gavin had inspected the card when we paid, mentioning that he had never saw one quite like that. My boyfriend mentioned that we werent from around the area and maybe that was why. To get to the point, these employees antagonized us as customers, and the manager pushed me to my very limit, as I have worked in management and customer service and I know this is not the way you handle these situations. Needless to say I spoke my mind and caused a scene, leading them to threatening us with calling the POLICE. I asked for a corporate number, and the staff said they were happy to it to me, yet I had to rely on a fellow customer to support me with it. Mean while other employees are cussing back at me and being ridiculous, Im trying to call corporate only to find out they were closed! The manager again struck up an argument with me after we asked for a refund, and I assured her I would get her fired, and for that she rejected us of our refund for food we DID NOT EAT nor touch at all! Taco Bell has been one of my favorite fast food restaurants since I was a kid, but now I refuse to attend any location, and I encourage you to choose an opposite location even if this is closest to you. I am appalled and will be following up with corporate. I wasnt lying to the manager when I told her she was wrong, and she will learn today.

This was hands down the slowest taco bell i have ever been to. There were only 4 cars ahead of me and it took 15 min to get up to the speaker for my order, and another 10 min before the food was in my hands. When i got up to the window the lady ignored me for 2 min before she took my money. Prior to this experience i thought it was impossible to screw up a 5 layer beefy burrito. The burritos were all beans with a hint of cheese and a little beef. I dont normally write reviews but this service was so bad i had to get it off my chest. If u have a choice of getting stabbed or eating at this taco bell, i would choose getting stabbed.

My husband and I went through the drive thru. We ordered the #3 combo and the $5 Double Stacked Taco box and no ice in our drinks. We received ice but overlooked that problem. After arriving home and opening up our order the $5 box wasnt in a box. Everything was in the one bag. There was no Taco supreme at all, two of the tacos were shells and shredded lettuce, nothing rlse. Very disappointed.

Very nice employees and a nice place, but it doesnt make up for the fact that they never get an order right. Last time I was there I tried to get my order corrected and after 3 times of explaining what my order was supposed to be I still never got what I paid for. I just gave up and left.

We are traveling through and was trying to make two separate orders but some how 1 order of 2 tacos and two chalupas made them decided to say they was out of all meat for us saying we already ordered all their meat. They didnt close for another hour and a half.

Hope you have time to wait for your food. This is my second time here, first time during lunch longer than expected wait. This time a family of 3 who already had their order in and it still took 10 minutes for 3 tacos. Unacceptable.

This Taco Bell always takes forever. We had 3 cars in front of us and it took 30 min to get food. I ordered a taco salad and there was no fork so I had to wait to get home and then also realised there was no salsa for my taco shell.

I come here on a regular basis. Its a guarantee youll get beans regardless of the order. They close early regularly on weekends. Even with these issues its still a good taco bell.

Lines are often long and slow. Weve had our food come out badly made, or stale many times. I dont think theyve ever made a mistake on the order though...

Good drive through. The inside is a bit of a bummer as you can see the crew prepare your food. Its usually messy and pretty gross.
