About two weeks ago I decided to finally go back to this Taco Bell drive-thru after having several bad experiences, in hopes that it would be better! When I pulled up an employee told me that I would have to wait because she was busy. There was only two cars in the parking lot. There wasnt any cars in front of me or behind me. About ten minutes later the employee said, "Umm just so you know we are out of beef and steak so if you dont want chicken then I dont know what to tell you." I said, "It would have been nice if you would have told me that before I waited for ten minutes but thats..." I didntsay it in a rude way or anything. And before I could even finsh my sentence to tell her chicken was okay with me she interrupts me to say, "Well if you dont f****ng like it then you can go somewhere else." She was so unprofessional and rude. I dislike this place and I will never go there again. Everytime I do go its always at night and they are always out of everything!? If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!

I was going through the drive-thru and wanted to order the $5 cravings deal meal. I was told that it would be a 10 minute wait, so I said that was fine. I was then told they were out of nachos for the meal, so I asked if they would make the bill cheaper as a result. They said they were not able to do that. I then asked "So I would have to still pay the $5 and not get an item that should be included?". They said yes. I then asked if they would be able to substitute it for another item such as a soft taco, and was told that they would have to charge me for that and could not substitute it. I advised them that is not how you do business with a customer at all. Very disappointed with the attitude of the employee named Michael and the outcome of the entire situation. You dont charge a customer for an item you cant provide them with in any circumstance.

I have been coming to this Branch of Taco Bell for some time. I very much enjoy coming here, and trying out new Limited Time deals they seem to have every couple of months. Though I have had some poor experiences, and their establishment needs to be better organised, the staff has always been attentive and willing to make up for any errors that their disorganization leads to. Staffing issues result in very long waits when the restaurant gets crowded, however in the past couple months I have seen an increase in employees , and my service has been stellar. The service I have been provided remains to be some of the best service I have received from Bloomingtons fast food chains, and if the management continues to make necessary changes as they have in the recent months, this will easily be a 5 star establishment to me.

I went to this taco bell on black friday simply to get a diet coke. There was one family already seated and I was the only one in line. I waited 5 minutes while SIX employees hung out in the kitchen, talking, flirting, what have you. The drive thru attendant rudely asked me what I wanted and I responded that I needed to order. Her response? "Well, I have NO idea whats going on around here" I shot back that I had been waiting for 5 mintues to make an order while they were all messing around. Another employee said, in the rudest tone possible, "Well, I can take your order." I told them to forget it and left. The service was HORRIBLE. My mom also says anytime she has gone through the drive thru that its slower than pond water.

Waited at the drive through for 20+ minutes on more than one occasion. One time with no one even in front of me in line! After assuming it was just a drive through issue, I tried again weeks later. I ordered my food inside and waited for 32 min for my food. I could have sat down in a nice Mexican restaurant, ate my food and left in the amount of time it took just get my "fast" food. Inexcusable. I feel bad for the lady that came in to help try to run the place from Illinois. She was trying so hard, but that place is a mess!!!

Went here with 4 kids after a ballgame waited 45 min on our food while there was prob 5 other people waiting as long as we did when I said I wanted my money back he said that my order was ready he was very rude said he was the manager and did not have any number for a corporate office .... However he said he threw in some extra cinnamon twist for our 45 min wait... Wow!!!! I would of rather not had to wait that long and been treated so rudely for being upset with their service

Witnessed three district manager looking people walking around with the store manager, one person on the food assembly line and one person running window and counter register. Once the pow wow was over the dm looking folks bounced and left 15 people standing in line. Shame a upper management person cant take a moment and lead by example. Probably why the service here is always garbage.

This place screws me out of my money every time. When I order extra anything on a quesadilla or burrito, they obviously dont put any extra, yet they charge me extra. Likewise, when asking for food without certain elements, they always put everything on anyway. They seem stuck in default mode, unable to make alterations. Dont waste your money ordering things you wont get.

Highly recommended! Very courteous staff and deliciously unhealthy Mexican food. Shockingly fast service -- my order came in before my friends had even paid! Plus, during Happy Hour my buddy got a $1 soda with unlimited refills and drank till he got sick. Good times!

man, i love going to this taco bell. fast drive thru, nice employees, and its even clean inside. worlds better than the surly tweakers and likely-spat-into food at the downtown location, thats for sure - the south taco bell is well worth the extra driving.

Normally at any other location I never have a bad experience. This place however takes 15mins on a small order. Is short staffed and their loaded grillers are the size of a cheese roll up. I think this place needs to be under new management.

Terrible. Terrible. Waiting at least 25 minutes in the drive through every time I go and get the right order 30% of the time. I get supreme tacos. Its a freaking taco. Didnt realize it was so easy to screw up a taco.

Came through the drive through at 7:20 am and someone came out to yell they were closed. Posted business hours say 7:00am opening. Ive had my Cinnamon bites or tacos from my combos forgotten more than once.
