Big disappointment. Cold Stones are usually pretty consistent and have great ice cream and great ice cream cakes. But-- I was pretty disappointed with a cake I recently got. I called ahead and asked about the cakes, there was a cookie dough one already made that she said she would set aside for me. Then I gave her the writing that I wanted on the cake. She said it would be ready for pick-up and time the next day after noon. So I arrive at 12:30, and tell the girl at the counter (Im assuming not the one I spoke with on the phone) and told her I had ordered a cake. Blank stare. After a pause, she starts to apologize and says the person who writes on the cakes wont be in until tomorrow, so I can come back then... kthanksbye! Then this: Me-- well, I still need the cake today. Her-- but... she wont be here until tomorrow. (long pause) Me-- then I guess Ill take it blank. Her-- (as if it had never occurred to her) Oh. Ok. Me-- So, do I get any discount for the writing not being done how I ordered/ by the time I was told it would be...? Her-- No. So thats the story of how I wasted my time calling ahead to order a cake, and wound up paying $47 for a blank cake. Thanks, Coldstone. Crappy customer service at this store.

I wanna know why the general manager of this place doesnt do drug testing?? Do you know your staff is high as can be and slower than molasses with a line almost going out the door? My husband ordered and she asked him twice what she put in it lol number one very unprofessional, number two very rude, number three staff was very slow and unorganized!! Three strikes your out!! People deserve good customer service when paying $13 for ice cream!! Do your job General management!!

Every table in there was dirty. The floor was dirty. The kids working behind the counter were very nice. We got a waffle bowl and a waffle cone. By the time they filled them with 2 flavors of icecream, they were as big as our heads!. We had to leave before we were done because there was a fly in the store that kept flying in our faces trying to eat our icecream before we could. Not sure what to do about that. It needs to be a little cleaner!

I took my two oldest kiddos (3&5) here for ice cream tonight after an afternoon at the movies. The server was very friendly and gave the kids samples of a few flavors so they could pick what they wanted. She even added a handful of their "mix-ins" on top of the shake so they could see through the lid that it had the goodies that they wanted inside. It was a nice visual touch that really pleased them.

Let me tell you sooo my girlfriend and I read the bad the reviews and decided wed go here to get some ice cream anyways . This guy with glasses a buck 50 smiled at us . Best customer service at ice cream place EVER . Let us try everything and took us his time with us . He looks like a Matt, but Im not sure what his name was , but he was closing the store . Definitely going back next week .

I always get ice cream at the N Rock location but today 07/21/16 @ about 1630 the lady working was just rude. The customer service was pathetic. She even argued with fellow employee. Finally, I sit to eat the ice cream and it has hair on it. She did not even apologize. The other employee redid the ice cream and apologized. Poor, poor customer service.

Great location to have some nice and delicious Ice cream on a hot summer treat or a quick spot to grab something sweet. Service is quick, place is clean, and workers are polite and professional. I had no problems every time I came here, positive experience all around.

Terrible service, no name tags, took over 15 mins after ordering to get order.. It aint easy to make me mad but I left that store very mad. The manager looked and acted high. Manager couldnt even refund me my order. Im not happy!! Id put a 0 if i could.
