The customer service was incredible, my son is 5 and the staff was on it when he had a million samples. The location was clean, and the ice cream was delicious. What really made me love this location is he fact that one of the girls working went above and beyond. My husbands wedding ring fell off of his finger at one point while we were there and this sweet girl didnt even question grabbing gloves for both of them to start sorting through the trash in the bathroom. She was on her hands and knees doing everything she possibly could to help him and she actually found the ring. I wish I had caught her name but she was so great and it made us really appreciate the environment that you have at this location. Thank you Mystery girl, I would have had a LONG night if you hadnt helped and found that ring. We will see you all soon!

So I went in to get a cake the selection is tiny its sad and its baskin Robbins like its suppose to be good this store is a disappointment the icecream is good but the cakes look like crap I mean Braums icecream isnt as good but atleast there cakes look good idk who makes the cakes at baskin Robbins like if its one certain person or if its a manager or something but they need to take a class or something its just sad

What happened to customer service? I waited 5 minutes at the drive through to find that the employee had one customer in the store. Perhaps the fact that he was close to her age, young and handsome had something to do with it. I walked out without making a purchase after I walked into the store and was still ignored. I have enough other choices for comparable product. Ill spend my money where it is appreciated.

Its been a family favorite since i was a child something comforting knowing that places like this are still around. My tastes have changed over the years but with as many flavors as they have its easy to find a favorite daquari ice and carmel pecan praline are my go tos. I hope its around for many generations to come.

They ran out of the cheese cake Oreo ice cream the customer service was horrible I had to ask for them if I could pay for my ice cream because they gave it too me and moved on my waffle cone was stale and my husbands cookies werent freash either I think Ill stick with cold stone

Hours are not correct on Google. Not open until 10pm. We went by this evening at 9:20pm lights were off. Pretty disappointed since we drove all the way over there from mid town. Ill call first next time.

Yeah, its alright. Its what a neighborhood ice cream joint is supposed to be. Clean, safe, welcoming, with a good selection of ice cream. Good place to treat your 6 year old.
