Got 2 of there advertised cones. Total came to 20.63 thought it was high but was people behind me so I just paid. Afterwards I thought about it and looked at the board. I was overcharged by 6 dollars. Asked the girl at the register who rudely said thats what it is. Then one of the other workers came over and said she rang it up wrong. Got my 6 dollars back. Icecream was melted so really I got maybe 3 bites in all out of my Icecream. Watch how much they charge you. They push you out quick.

Really good ice cream. One thing that I sat and watched while there that I wasnt a fan of was tip shaming. I am a tipper, but even someone tips the yell "tip, tip, hooray." First this startled and annoyed me. Second, its an expensive ice cream place. If some family comes in with several kids, they shouldnt feel bad not tipping for the 3 minutes spent on throwing your ice cream together. However... Everyone in the place is going to know.

Total disrespect to your customers closing this evening 4/23!! The polite response would have been to notify us that you were closed and not turn off the lights while we are sitting at the tables finishing our Ice cream. Also, the slabs were very dirty and werent cleaned in between orders. I didnt ask for any chocolate pieces in my order. Been to this location many times and this was the worse!!!!!

Went in to enjoy some ice cream with my wife. Ended up having to go outside and eat it in the car along with 3 other couples because all the tables were dirty. Brought it to the managers attention and 15 minutes later they were still dirty. We could not enjoy our ice cream inside.

We love the Christian music, friendly staff, and great ice cream treats. However, they are not very toddler/infant friendly. No high chairs, or booster seats...no changing table in the bathrooms. Would definitely go more and have a better experience, if it were more convenient.

Now, ice cream.. THAT is a topic I know well! I am surprised I dont own an ice cream shop. Get the "sweet cream" with white chocolate chips. You will love me and hate me for that suggestion. Enjoy. TIP: Get one size smaller than you WANT and it is still plenty!

Most stupid people work here, I asked for half banana and half cotton candy in a large, dumb lady gave me a full scoop of banana, and a 1 teaspoon of cotton candy . Hate this place! Dont come here, they need to train these people better

The ice cream was not very cold, the mixing table was not cold. This caused the ice cream to be a puddle by the time you got to the door. The waffle cone was completely chewy.
