I have visited this location a few times and each time I have complained about the melted gelato and the freshness. I will not be back. I also agree with the reviewer who stated the service is bad. They need a quality of service overhaul on the gelato and the lack of customer service. Head to 7th street for a better experience overall.

Maybe it was a bad day for them, but the texture was awful. It was extremely watery and overall not the texture you expect from good Gelato. Ive had great Gelato and Ive had mediocre Gelato, this clearly falls in the latter category.

Came in with my 3 year old daughter and my 6 year old son and i did not realize that they did not have a bathroom until my daughter had to "go". We had to scramble to find a restroom elsewhere before she had an "accident", not good.

Ive had better Gelato from other pacuigos. The Gelato didnt seem very fresh as it was Icy and had ice chunks in it :/ not the creamy experience I was hoping for. Maybe it was just a bad day I dont know.

I came in happy with a smile on my face ready to get some gelato. Only then I receive bad attitude from both of the workers in return. Maybe they had a bad day but at least the gelato was good...

The gelatto I had (Banana Cream Pie) was on par with anything I have had in Italy and Europe. The service was not great and the venue is tiny but that again reminds me off Europe.

Kind of expensive, but a conducive environment to think about the universe and all that it has to offer. The space is cramped, but poetically so. The stracciatella was great.

This gelato was fabulous. I highly recommend the dark chocolate. I went there twice during a recent trip and will go back if Im in the area.

My husband and I got food poisoning from this location. The staff was rude, really rude. Its to small inside. Only room for four people.
