Overall, just make sure youre not too hungry going in because itll take awhile to get your food and make sure you use the right stall in the restroom or youll have visitors lol The food was amazing. However, it took an hour to get our food and we went in 15mins after they opened with only one other costumer in the restaurant. One thing that really bothered me was the womens restroom. There is a VERY large window next to one of the toilets with NO blind/cover. Thankfully no one walked by while I was in there. Also my food was spicy and it didnt say on the menu that is was spicy. It was still good though. Still want to go back and try another dish.

Ok! So we first knew about this restaurant through Groupon. The ambience was alright. After we placed an order for the appetizer, we waited for about 30 minutes. Finally, when it arrives, it has a strand of hair on it!! Now, for the entrees. We didnt like it much either. The service was also bad because of just one waitress catering to every table. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

Very good. The food is very authentic. I had the asparagus jimmy L, several cups of traditional hot tea and wonton soup before my meal. This is NOT a fast food place. Be patient, bring some good company with you or a good phone app to keep you busy. If Im in the neighborhood again, Im game for another go around. The only reason I didnt give five stars was the pace of the service.

The menu selection isnt expansive, but theres more than plenty to choose from. And the entrees were all priced around $9. So not expansive and not expensive. The service was good, the food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant on a beautiful Saturday with lots of traffic in the neighboring stores.

Service was very slow and they didnt even seem like they were at full capacity in the restaurant. We were in there for two hours and they didnt even offer an apology. The only reason I am not giving 1 star is that the food was excellent. (although there was hardly any meat in the dishes we ordered)

I have eaten here numerous times, and every time I seem to enjoy it more and more. It is a family-friendly restaurant with some upscale flair. I recommend the Chef Zan or the Lemon Chicken. The staff has always been friendly, prices are right, and I have never left there unsatissfied.

If your looking to get full eating here keep looking! 20$ for chicken lo mein and an order of pot stickers!! Id say hyvee has better Chinese food!! Hell for 20$ at cool basil my whole family can eat! As well as get full! Also holy cow it was sooo cold in there my baby nearly froze!!

Angry Chicken tasted like charcoal, not sure why but I couldnt eat it. No spice at all. It was REALLY gross. Beef Pad Thai tasted like oil and thats it. Very bland and 1 dimensional. The hot and sour soup was good. We wont be back. Very disappointed. Service was good.

Environment is good and thats it. Food didnt come as stated on the menu and while an attempt was made to correct it - it was still not good. Both dishes we ordered were slimy and bland. Many better Chinese places in town than this

The atmosphere is great, its quite with dim lighting, perfect for a date. The food however is very sweet. We were expecting our entrees to be savory (pho) but instead the broth was sweet and lacked the savory taste we are used to.

The waitress didnt speak English. They didnt have the alcohol on hand to mix the drinks we ordered. They brought the wrong soup. The entree was good. And they had run out of fortune cookies. We wont be going back....

Waitress is very nice and accommodating. Food is amazing. Avg. price $13, asked for extra sauce and spice for no extra cost. Get the hot coconut chicken, and hot and sour soup
