Okay I work at Monjunis and I dont exactly know what you are talking about but you MUST be mistaken about the service. All our waiters and waitresses are EXTREMELY polite and courteous. They do their best to keep all of our customers pleased. I gurantee you she was not being impolite on purpose. She was most likely very busy and trying to keep her other customers pleased as well.

I was disappointed in the Neapolitan stuffed pasta. There was very little beef stuffing in it. Our server was very attentive though and never let us run out of their mint tea. Also, they should have a half size of their shrimp salads, they are too much for one person. Finally, why do they use shredded lettuce in the salads instead of whole leaf lettuce?

I went here at the recommendation of Louisiana natives for the best Italian in Shreveport. Very disappointing. They loaded the sauce up with sugar and their bread before the meal is literally a crouton. I hate to say this, but olive garden is better and honestly more authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere was neat, but the bathrooms were filthy.

The mufaletto at this joint is excellent; however, the tomato sauce used in the pasta is horribly sweet; is like eating frosting cake, and it has no tang to it. Having lived in Italy, this is not how tomato sauce is done there. Would only come back here for the mufaletto. But the tomato sauce, shockingly sweet, and simply disgusting!

Before we even arrived, Superior wowed us with their service. My husband called three times over the span of a few days, requesting a birthday cake, champagne waiting when we arrived, and finally a change in our arrival time. All requests were handled graciously and efficiently.
