Eden Prairie, 2/21/15 The concept of this restaurant was intriguing. The reality was really disappointing. It took over an hour to get two sandwiches and some French toast. Our wait began with trying to get a seat. It did not appear that there was a dedicated person helping incoming customers. Once seated, we were asked if we wanted something to drink. We said we wanted to look at the menu before making a decision. The waitress left and did not come back for an extended period of time. We placed our order for an Izzy (pop) and asked about something from the bar. The waitress responded that she did not know the answer but would check. We placed our order for food and then the waitress left. She did not ever come back with an answer to our question. We would have asked her again, but she never came back with the Izzy either... The food took forever to come out. The waitress came out several times to apologize and awkwardly offered us something while we waited. Just a hint, in the future, bring a menu with you if you are going to do this next time... We skipped the offer, because we assumed it would just arrive when our food did anyways. While waiting, we saw other customers wait to be seated. One group tried to seat themselves but was sent back to the waiting area. They were eventually seated after a table was cleared for them. After about 10 more minutes of waiting to be attended to, they got up and left without placing an order. We heard many people walking out after their meal joking about the long waits. Our food eventually showed up and it was uninspired. Certainly nothing to come back for. At the end of the day, this place really failed at even getting the simple things right. We sat and watched four wait staff (I think this was all of them) standing in front of the food pickup window waiting for their orders. This was at the same time that there were at least six tables that needed to be cleaned of dishes from customers that had finished their meals and departed. This was also at the same time when customers had to walk up and ask the staff for ketchup for their meals. We also saw customers self-serve themselves water from a tap near the waiting area.

Second time here with the same experience. The food has generally been very good but the service is awful. The first time we were here the employees spent most of the time we were in line arguing with each other, and when we finally did order it took almost an hour to get our food. We came back to give it a second chance today. I ordered a turkey sandwich and my wife ordered the Cobb sandwich with salmon. We were not given glasses for water and got dirty looks when we asked for them. Then they brought the wrong dish for my wife, didnt bring us silverware, and didnt bring my wife the drink she ordered. Turns out you have to go pick your drink up at the counter, which no one mentioned. They did swap my wifes meal out quickly for the salad she initially ordered but the lettuce was so dirty and wilted she could not eat it. Too bad, but we will not be back.

Great healthy food, and a vegetarians paradise, however almost every time there is something missing from my dish! Its not a huge deal when Im dining in as I can ask to have it corrected, but when I get food to go, which I often do, its a big disappointment when something is missing. Once when dining in, they had to bring my dish 3 times before it had everything it was supposed to. Issues have included missing quinoa in the quinoa bowl... I mean, seriously? Just pay attention to your meal and check it before you get take out. Faves include the Macro Bowl, Breakfast Bowl, Breakfast Burrito, Veggie Hash, Veggie Burger, and flat breads. I like the Spa Salad but it is quite small. In general portions are a perfect size for me, but my husband always says hed have to order 2 meals to be full. Also, awesome (free) sparkling water from the tap!

We have gone to Peoples Organic Cafe in at the Minnetonka location many times and have had great food and service. Tonight we were in the area of the Eden Prairie location and decided to stop for dinner. We first were seated with no childrens menu for my daughter. Then sat for about 10 minutes with no one addressing us at all, no drinks, nothing. My daughter needed to use the restroom so I took her. Got back to our table about ten minutes later only to find out the people who had been seated just before us had just left, and my husband and I decided we had had enough as well. Even as we left, no one addressed us. Even if they were short staffed, a simple apology or "well be with you shortly" would have been appreciated. Needless to say we were very disappointed and took our business elsewhere.

Food is sub par at best. Tilapia tacos tasted like it came from frozen fish. The Cobb salad was a lot of greens with very little other ingredients. My Cobb salad would destroy these guys in a taste test. The latte came in a tall glass which was bizarre. The foam on top was very light and it tasted very wasted down. I came with a Groupon and am seriously questions Groupon now. Most Groupons I used have mostly resulted in sub par to bad restaurants. Probably why they ask Groupon for advertising. Service was very slow and never got a thank you from waitress. She was also the hostess which makes me think management does not know how to run a successful restaurant.

Food is usually really good. The experience is usually off. Ordering from the counter at lunch, you are likely to stand waiting with no one at the register while the employee is fulfilling other duties. I dont call in my lunch order as I have been sitting on hold for over 10 minutes. They ask your name but just screen out your drink item and not your name when done. I sat at the counter once and an employee came back from catering and proceeded to just dump 6 loads of boxes, beverage servers right on the bar or the floor. Then employees came from the back to carry them the rest of the way. Good food not an attention to detail on the diners experience.

We have been going to the Eden prairie location consistently for a few months. We usually enjoy the food, it is high priced for what you get but it taste good. The waitress Olivia was friendly on other visits however the last visit there was a cold shoulder present. She didnt smile and she was very abrupt. She appeared annoyed while my son tried to choose a dessert and she clearly was distracted. The table areas could be cleaner and so could the floor. We will go again tho. My son does like the kid choices and I usually eat the curried chicken salad, & chicken with wild rice soup.

We came into a place that was not crowded on a Saturday night. We really do enjoy the food here., entrees for the night, salmon with rice, and the tostada with tofu as the protein. The bit of sweet potato and the hot pepper really played well against each other. Frankly, however, I think they need to expand their menu. We have tried most things that we like, including the apple crisp dessert. But for vegetarians it would be nice to see other options on the menu, or maybe see the menu evolve. Service was prompt and friendly, and we did use our Groupon to help with the cos
