We really enjoy Panera, in general. I have two young girls and the oldest has now migrated from their mac and cheese to different salads. I really enjoy their salads, too. Especially their steak and blue cheese version. That being said, the salad I mentioned is off the menu. I guess due to a regular menu change...they really need to bring it back. So, we generally like them, the food is tasty, and you eat with real bowls and utensils. I will finish with my one gripe about this location. We generally get there about 4:30pm and leave around 5:15pm on a weekday. The frustrating thing is that the employees dont appear to be busy, yet there are large piles of dirty plates at each station and the tables are not wiped off. This last time (yesterday), there was literally no clean table to use, we had to wipe it off ourselves. While we ate an employee did make a round, but incredibly didnt clean any tables, nor were any dishes picked up. We dont understand this. Its a small thing that would go so very far in creating truly satisfied customers.

If you are looking for a bright spot in your morning, look no further than the Panera on Westown Parkway. Stopping for breakfast or coffee in the morning can be stressful, however, I have found that Shane and his team do an amazing job. They greet you with a smile and serve you quickly to get you on your way (much appreciated!) This is not a one time thing either, just yesterday I ordered by phone and when I stopped in to pick up my order, it was ready at the counter and they even knew my name! Bridgett did a great job ringing me up quickly while smiling and being pleasant to get me on my way to work. Thanks Shane, Bridgett and team for making my morning great!

Waited in a long line mid-morning due to decreased staff. Then waited about 20 minutes for our 3 breakfast sandwiches. while waiting, I heard the phone ring and gentleman say "Im not going to get it". The line continued to ring about 7-8 times with 6 staff behind the counters. Finally someone picked it up. I sorta frowned in the direction of the gentleman who said he wasnt going to get it... and he said (slightly under his breath), "then dont come back again... then dont come back again." I know this is not a standard Panera Bread experience... but I wont be back to this location. Sad...

I use to work for panera so I know the ins and outs pretty well. I stopped this evening after a really busy day for a cup of soup and a sandwich. My soup was good how ever my bacon turkey bravo had what looks like bacon fat bits that had sat in grease on it. It would have been nice for the girl to tell me they ran out if bacon and given me the option of no bacon or weird bacon stuff. I wish I would have been watching her while she made it since I overheard her tell another girl "Dont judge me" for what I assume was her putting the bacon fat on my sandwich. I wont be back to this location.

I am a vegetarian that loves going to Panera because they have food options for all. I got their black bean soup which is a great soup but found a huge piece of chicken at the bottom. I went to tell the management so that other vegetarians would not be getting the same soup with the chicken in it and they told me that I should have brought it to them sooner and that then something could be done about this. This was very unkind and unprofessional. I will not be visiting this Panera Bread again because their lack of concern and empathy was disturbing.

If you want a nice quiet place to have a coffee, or have a conversation, or work a little, DONT GO HERE. This place has the loudest, rudest, and most openly critical manager Ive ever experienced. She was yelling obnoxious things while customers waited to be served. She yelled criticisms at the staff about how they do their job. She kept using a fake British accent LOUDLY, yes you. You make me never want to come to this Panera ever again. You make the atmosphere unbearable. The only thing that saves it 3 stars is the food and coffee.

Great pastries, beverages, and sandwiches (Ive not had soup here, so I cant vouch for it, but I wouldnt hesitate to order it when so inclined). Only disappointment is the glacially slow wi-fi. Also, one thing that is not Paneras fault: the wonky building layout makes finding the accessible entrance something of an adventure.

Panera is always good! Incredible REAL food for same price as fast food. Use your phone to order, food is ready with your name on bag when you get there. Could not be more convenient! When short on money, I get a bagel for lunch - less than $1.50 and very good lunch.

I ordered a pretty simple to go order. they forgot my bread bowl. It might be a harsh review but its pretty disappointing to drive home open the bag and see my soup but no bread bowl which I paid for. I could double check my bag next time but I shouldnt have to.

It was ok as far as the facility but they took a long time to get us through the the line and didnt even have ingredients in Stock for what I needed off the menu. They rang up our order wrong too so that had to be readjusted after the fact.

When your vegitarian, you take your food pretty serious. So when ordering a salad with NO meat, you dont want to find meat in it. Obviously someone put it on and the realized their mistake and picked most but no all of it out.

Free wifi and great food that you expect at panera. They have a large dining room, plenty of parking and a nice community room that can be reserved for small meetings for free, up to 15 people.

Panera bread was delicious and nutritious. And my children loved it. Its a regular place to go for my family. Even my teenagers hang out there after school to eat and do homework.

Its ok but you cant get it your way. I dont like onions and you have no choice. Well you do have a choice. Take it or leave it. Otherwise their stuff is pretty good.
