I only eat Pizza Hut a few times a year, as I prefer health food-- but every once in a while I like to splurge. So Ive ordered from the Coralville Pizza Hut a handful of times, and honestly, maybe 1 out of 5 times has been anything BUT positive. I dont understand the other comments here. Youre ordering PIZZA HUT, and youre whining about quality. Thank god I dont have to deal with you in foodservice. Again, its PIZZA HUT. This one is standard, fine, run-of-the-mill. You order a slab of dough with sauce and cheese on it. They deliver it to you. You eat it. You feel bad about it afterward. "Oh lord, the cheeze slid off and I only tasted sauce! My fiances cousin got sick!" Come on. Youre buying low and trying to sell high. Its Pizza Hut. "We ordered a taco" And you didnt get a shell and taco bell meat? How could you live knowing this tragedy exists? I bet if I googled "McDonalds Coralville" youd have the same complaint there. "Cry, cry cry, my Big Mac didnt come with Taco Sauce or corn shells. Take a step back from the ledge, its just Pizza Hut. Ive had almost entirely positive experiences with this one, not because theyre anything special, but that I am fully aware that Im buying chain delivery store pizza.

More and more disappointed with each try. We used to order often since they are the only delivery option for Tiffin and were always reliable and prompt. Since spring its gone downhill with each experience declining in consistency of service and quality of product. Forgotten items 2 times now and this time the wrong pizza to boot. Ordered beef fiesta and got some sort of "taco" pizza with no beans on it and a small bag of Doritos in the box to crush on your own. Failed my pregnancy cravings twice now and I cant say Im very motivated to give it another shot. Ive even gone in to collect menus for the guests at a nearby hotel I manage and was not greeted before I decided to leave without any assistance. Someone in the back saw me and yelled to another person that a customer was up front but no one came and the shouting person never bothered to say hello or ask me to wait a moment for assistance.

I am a Front Desk Manager at a hotel nearby to this Pizza Hut. Occasionally we run promotions and discounts with these guys. I just called 4 times in a row to attempt to place an order for one of our guests. Each time my call is forwarded to place an order, somebody over there is picking up the phone and then immediately hanging up. This is completely unprofessional! If youre that busy, you should have a message stating something like, "we are no longer taking orders at this time". I will not be ordering from this location again and will actually seek to remove our partnership with them. Ridiculous!!!

Horrible service. I ordered their alfredo pasta and breadsticks for delivery for lunch at work. My food was already luke warm and they forgot my fork. I was working alone so I was unable to leave and get one myself, which was why I ordered Pizza Hut in the first place over less expensive options I would have had to leave to get. I had to call them back and it took them 45 minutes to bring me one by which time my food was ice cold. I informed them of this and they were extremely uncaring and wouldnt do anything about it.

As a rule, I like Pizza Hut, but this particular branch is terrible. They have terrible customer service. We ordered a taco pizza for delivery and they failed to put on 1/2 of the ingredients. It took 2+ hours to get to us and when it did, it was cold. Upon calling the manager, we found a moody kid in charge and had to call higher management. Pain in the butt!

I typically love Pizza, and its stuffed crust pizza. This branch failed entirely. We got the pizza for delivery and it was even totally baked! It was sloppy and the ingredients just kept falling off. After a slice, I felt sick, and so did my fiance. I dont know what it is about Pizza Hut in the Iowa City area, but anything is better than this stuff.

Awful place. I have been here on several occasions, and more than half of the time they cant seem to get my order right. My last order they forgot to add a topping on one pizza and forgot the crust flavor on the other. I like Pizza Hut, but I am never going back to this location again.

I called to order the pepperoni rolls and they were out. Seriously? You cant make them? I I know how. This is not rocket science people. Whoever manages this branch fails at hiring people who provide good customer service and can actually manage inventory.

The staff is ALWAYS great & friendly! They take extra steps to make sure I am a happy customer. The pizza and bread sticks are always hot & fresh when I receive them. I order carry out or delivery frequently and I have never had an issue with my service.

Missing items, wrong pizza, poorly made pizza, ingredients missing on the pizza. Also it came cold. This is a recurring issue. Wont use this store again.
