I always eat breakfast here when on my trout fishing trips in NE Iowa. The breakfast food is AMAZING. Greasy, fresh, simple. Do not expect small portions or health food. The potatoes are fantastic, and made fresh that morning, no frozen bags of spuds here! The back of the cafe is the bar, and youll find a few souls having beers and shots at 9am...hey, Its rural America.

Not a great experience. We went on a Sunday and it was kind of busy. I think if you are a local, you would love this place. If you are not, you practically beg for service. We were ignored for at least 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We were just sitting at the bar. If seemed like we were "bothering" them. We will not be back and will not recommend it.
