Ive been here 4 times and every single time they are loaded with staff but no one is working. It takes me forever to ask the bartender for water, who is the busiest person in there, while three girls sit behind me on their break chatting about boys. Theres at least five people at the front door and register, and my waiter got my order wrong cause hes stressed working every table. The best part was when I overheard very plainly a completely passive aggressive train wreck of hate speech from the bartender about the girls working there. Then I see these girls rolling their eyes at her. And all right in front of their customers. This is the most unprofessional restaurant Ive ever had the displeasure of eating at. And their food isnt that great anyways. At least the workers at Applebees actually do their job instead of sitting around bitching about it within ear shot range of their customers.

Service is terrible waitresses and staff are always trying to fight each other are short tempered and rude with guests food is always cold when served and the wing count changes every night and they charge the same price I used to be a huge fan of this chain but I should have known that once a restaurant moved to Muscatine that it would hit the bucket lets just say I will be a limited customer to this establishment until something changes and I hear better reviews

If I could take a pic and show how pathetic these wings are that my wife brought home I would. But it prob wouldnt show up well anyway. If the place wasnt 30 miles away I would take them back and make the manger eat them. As is is I am just going to throw them away. NEVER AGAIN

Food is good when it comes. IF it comes. This place has sketchy service. If you have someplace to be afterwards, dont plan on getting in and out of here quickly.

If youre at the bar, ask for Levi and have him suggest a drink for you. If Jennis working at the bar, youll be getting the best service the place has.

Good was ok waitress gave me wrong order. When I tried to correct her she said it was right. So I got over charged 3 dollars. Not happy with service.
