I usually stop at this location when I drop my car for an oil change down the street. On 10/22 I arrived to get coffee and relax that Saturday morning and was surprised to see that it was closed. The sign stated that they open at 6:30 on Saturday mornings and it was already 8:30. No lights on or cars in the parking lot. There were no signs indicating they were closed that day or opening late. Very disappointing!

Well didnt have a bad experience but wanted to say they seriously need to update their time frame. Online it states Saturday and Sunday open at 6:30am when actually opens at 7am. I watched about 10 potential customers pull up and thought they were open just to find out they were not. Also no time of opening or closing listed on the front door of the building either.

I came in to this caribou wanting tea, I decided to get the pomegranate one. When I tried it, it tasted like piss. So I asked if I could exchange it for a different one. She said fine but gave attitude and still charged me but took the first one to throw out. The place was also not clean and there were alot of flies. Not a very good experience.

Very poor service, we were there for 15 minutes without being served. I spoke to the manager and complained, pointed to where we were seated; he left I sat back down, 3 minutes later still no service, we got up we left! We wont be back,

Love this caribou location. My office will order coffee at least 2-3 times a month. Other locations would not accept over the phone orders. But this location does! And the staff is so helpful snd friendly.

The workers are great and they seem to actually care about the customers. However, everytime Ive gone in the floors are dirty with crumbs. They could definitely make more of an effort to clean up.

Cute coffee place..fireplace is nice on a cold day..wish there was more comfy seating..only 2 arm chairs available which are the best seats. Drinks are made well and service is quick
