Food quality is still good, but the design of the place is really confusing. I stopped into put in a to-go order. They had kiosk that allowed you to skip the line. It worked great. Credit Card Only. Almost $12 for a U Pick 2 and drink. Thats when the experience fell apart for me. They didnt give much direction from there. They default to no receipt. Its not clear what you are supposed to do from there. Do you grab a pager? They didnt ask my name at any point. For the My Panera Members, this may work, but for someone who doesnt have an account, their system should provide more direction. I grabbed a pager and got my drink. While waiting an associate said I didnt need a pager. I asked how do they know whos name to call then? She gave me a confused look, said I dont know and wondered off. I wondered around for a bit and found a place where people were sitting looking like they were waiting for To-Go- orders too. They had a computer monitor with my name as the next order they were working on... Ok I found my place. Feels like Im in an airport waiting for them to call out my flight. They call out my name. The woman hands me my bag and doesnt make eye contact with me. She turned away immediately. I believe she had turned away from me before I even got up to her. I walked in and out with out getting one smile, one "hello", eye contact with an individual, or any kind of communication with anyone. This is not the Panera I remember. The food I received was all fine. Up to par with their standards. The new business model has made it an unwelcoming atmosphere. I could have had a completely different experience if I walked up to a person to take the order and sat down. Over all disappointed.

I usually love Panera but they really screwed up this time. I ordered a half chicken caesar salad from a woman who was around 82 years old and very hard of hearing. While that is sweet they employ her, she does need to be able to get the orders straight. I got to the pick up to find that she had a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich on white ready for me. The woman at pick up told me to box it and keep it and that they will make my chicken caesar right away. I pick up my chicken caesar and it is a steak salad! Really? Crap service at both ends of this place on this day. This was on Tuesday April 12th. Although I love the food here, I am really questioning the service. One should not have to go through this many hoops for lunch.

Soup was luke warm and not very good, the simple turkey sandwich came with a ton of mustard on it when that was not on the menu and half the population does not like mustard... Plus whoever made it spilled some mustard on top and wiped it off but it was still there. Flatbread came SOAKED in pico or something , why wouldnt you put condiments on the side? Couldnt find napkins and they didnt give us our coffee until we asked. Very upsetting as it was way overpriced for the quality and atmosphere.

Were out of what I wanted so had to get something else but has paid for the more expensive dish. They didnt put the top on my mac n cheese AT ALL and it spilled all over the interior my car which I just had detailed. The grilled cheese had NO CHEESE. just two sideways pieces of RAW BREAD smooshed together. Looked like they dropped a cinder block on top of it. Horrible location. Done. This isnt the first time something like this has happened.

I usually love panera and always have great service while Im there but Im extremely upset today because Im sick and really wanted chicken wild rice soup from there. I went in placed my order to go & when I got home I realized they gave me chicken noodle soup instead. I have my receipt which clearly says chicken wild rice soup. This was my first meal in 2 days and it went from being amazing to something I didnt even want anymore.

I Got the mac and cheese and when I received it, it was cold. I asked the food deliverer about it and said I should just use the microwave. Im not impressed that I had to heat up my food and not get any type of apology. I also heard the people in the "kitchen" talk poorly about me when they heard me say it was cold. It is not a very good staff, Im unsure if I will return to this location again.

Terrible. First time I ordered online and they tried to charge me for bagels I ordered but they had run out of. The girl was surprised when I asked for a refund. Second time going, they forgot my other bagel and didnt give me the correct cream cheese. Luckily I checked for the bagel but not for the cream cheese. It shouldnt be that hard to make a bagel order. Not coming back here thats for sure.

Im visiting from Egypt... And I already know panera bread from a previous visit... But this time I decided to try the Soufflé Ham and Cheese!!!!!! And it was one of the veryyl few things that I tasted in my life that gave me joy with every bite I have!! :) I wish Panera will come to Egypt and make sure the soufflé have the same superb taste :):):) Thank you Panera Chefs :)

Overall I love the food at Panera locations but I didnt have good luck with the catering here which I tried on several occasions. They goofed up our orders more than once and cancelled my order just prior to delivery because they were short staff. Overall I wasnt much impressed but the food we received, when we received it, was very good.

The worst Panera Ive been to. Its close to work so Ive tried to do the rapid pickup order 4 times now and EVERY TIME something is wrong. Whether it is it not being ready when I ordered in advance, or my order is completely wrong. I will never go to this Panera again. Im really bummed to say that since Panera is one of my favorites!

A comedy of errors. This morning they are flow, losing orders, burning food and my avocado, turkey BLT is devoid of avocado. Im told its not usually this bad but its hilarious this morning. Tip for the manager. While you employees carefully serve pastries with parchment paper, dont restock bare handed.

I have visited this location two times now and each time I have been more than impressed with their cleanliness and friendliness. The staff are all well-spoken and very mature. They are eager to go above and beyond to ensure that the customer always has a good experience.

Foods good. But its the worst Panera Ive ever been too. The one in Apple valley is 100 times better. Nicer employees and way better layout. This ones like a cattle coral. And we waited for 20 minutes for a Luke warm chai latte. We only ordered bagels to go.

Love this place. They make the best lattes in town. Breakfast AND lunch are great here. I recommend the Italian sandwich, but get it toasted. Also very good spot for business coffee as the booths are shielded from sound better than most places.
