Went to Caribou for a simple Cafe Miel and no one knew what i was talking about. Cashier asked the people that made the drinks and they too were clueless. poor knowledge on coffee paired with a staff of people who are not experienced baristas makes for a negative experience. Against my better judgement i decided to go. What a mistake that was. In my opinion, i wouldnt go here for anything.

EDIT: Surprisingly downhill since my last review. Always order a large, extra dry cappuccino and my latest was full enough to be a latte. Asked to have it remade and caught sarcasm about how it was already dry enough... so Im a customer, and Im wrong, and I dont know what I like. Wont be returning for rude staff and poor drink assembly. Is it to much to ask for a properly made, 9$ drink?

While the waitstaff was fine, the overall upkeep of this location was absolutely abysmal. Every stool was simply too disgusting to sit on, and if that is what the front of the house looked like, I cannot even imagine what the condition of rest of it is. It says to me that there is absolutely no pride in ownership or pride in upkeep of this establishment.

I went to use their internet and ended up staying for lunch despite bad value for food at other coffees shops and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the food. Ill never set foot in a Starbucks again. Way better value for your dollar at Caribou. The drinks are less than 90% ice! Who knew life could be so good?

Since a lot of the old crew left this place has not been a treat and it just changed my whole mood in that atmosphere. They are rude and always make the drinks wrong. I have bn coming here since 2013 and now i dont enjoy coming at all anymore. By the way made a big deal about carmel drizzle.

VERY POOR! I waited over 13 minutes to get 2 coffees over the counter. After waiting 8 minutes, I asked about my order. They said they must have accidentally given my drinks to someone else. It still took and additional 5 minutes to remake them when they were slow... Just a joke!!!

Its a chain. Has the quality of character you might expect from any restaurant chain. Held a one-on-one meeting there. It wasnt crowded at 9:30 am. Seems to get busy towards the early afternoon. Has a deck with cool views off the deck of the lake across the street.

They cut me from the internet while trying to work, and they offered me the tiniest cup for water on a hundred degree day. When asking for a larger cup of water they gave me the very next smallest size cup for water.

The interior and exterior is really nice, clean, and has a good atmosphere. I noticed a nice patio, but since I was on my way to work I didnt stop to use it. The service was quick and got my order right.
