Not only did they deliver my pizza 3 minutes early, they followed my special instructions; which was "Draw Batman on box". With only four simple words, I managed to unravel hidden talent and creativity locked away in a pizzeria kitchen. As you can examine from the artifact Ive attached the intricate bold sharpie strokes that passionately express our majestic hero. Truly a masterpiece. This piece of work is now framed and hanging in my living room. God bless this unknown artist, the delivery guy, and 620 Lincoln Ways Pizza Hut. You are what the city deserves, you are what the city needs. Oh, and the pizza was good.

Ive always loved Pizza Hut. I used to go with my family every single Friday night. Thats one of the reasons it bothers me so much that they make it look like they have deals comparable to other pizza restaurants, but when you actually try to take advantage of those "deals" you realize the truth... You can get 3 toppings on your Big Italian... as long as theyre not cheese (this costs an additional $1.50; $2.00 if its cheese lovers.) You can get American sausage, Italian sausage, and onions, but you cant get 1 kind of sausage and 2 toppings of onions... Come on Pizza Hut...

Even though they botched my order last time, pretty hard. They helped me gain a better footing on my most recent purchase. What I really enjoy so far from the Pizza Hut in my town, are the drivers. I typically like to give atleast a 12-18% tip but this time I misread the total and only gave my drive a $2 tip, but being a regular who orders once a week because im too lazy, he simply said "eh dont worry about it, we do business with you enough" , laughed and went on his way. Respect. Feelsevenworse for not tipping enough now xd

I try not to complain but even though the pizza taste great even after messing up my crust. My experience wasnt great the ceiling vents are covered in dust from how long I have no idea makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Last of all how hard is it to say hi when you walk in the door. Must of been management. If there was another pizza hut or a godfathers I would go there. I dont think they know what their doing.

Ordered pizza and chicken about half an hour ago. Enjoyed the pizza but it does not compensate for under cooked chicken including an unwanted amount of blood in it... I have a faint sense of the same thing that you get from a bloody nose. Will not be eating or ordering here again.

I can only assume they changed their recipes and ingredients... Pizza just tasted nasty, was luke warm when it arrived and the breadsticks taste like curdled garlic parmesan. The delivery guy was nice though so theres that.

I think the pizza (I only ordered veggie pizza so far) tastes great. But the customer service is horrible. Pizza was late 3 out of the 4 times I ordered, customer care is not useful. Not particularly apologetic either.

Terrible. Had to yell to place an order. Long waits. Didnt ask to take payment over the phone. much harder than it had to be and terribly made pizzas toppings thrown on top sloppy. Management was nice though.

Food was all soggy. Tasted like it had been re heated. Pizza was bland and cold. Overall advice dont order food from this location. Very disappointed. Not worth the money.

Man Pizza Hut has fallen way off. I ordered the Pepperoni deal and the crust was like cardboard. Really, really awful. Ill probably not order their pizza again.
