How can one even give it a single star. Ive been to this establishment (because its not a restaurant or anything near that title) before an it was ok. Today though, by the way the date is 10/28/15, I go in an eat an come home only to end the night on my toilet. I dont wanna turn this into an R rated review so lets keep it simple. My toilet once was white, and now? A greased brown that I can only assume was caused by too much grease in all of your food. I mean for heavens sake do you have a drum of oil you dip all your food in before its set out? I have to work at 7am an here I am writing this review at 3am because I thought my appendix was bursting. No, just ol fashioned diarrhea. If I could give you negative stars youd have -5 out of 5. Like I stated in the beginning Ive eatin there before. I dont recall this being an issue. So somethings changed, whether its the way its prepped or just possibly the fact you have frat boys who look like they havent worked a day in their life washing your dishes. At First I thought it was a Boone Ia pizza ranch deal where you order a two piece breast dinner get one leg or thigh,But Must be a Chain wide problem Ames has messed up my order each and every time,Last straw was a what looked like pigeon size wing instead of the two breast dinner I had paid for and they for got my side.Hy-Vee in Ames Deli has Great Chicken way more sides to choose from and they are Cheaper and no they dont deliver but when you have to drive back to prove you were ripped off by pizza ranch to fix your order use that drive instead Hy-Vee taste better cheaper no wait and they DON"T rip you off

The last time I ordered from them the driver cussed in front of my kids and demanded a cash tip because "they dont get credit card tips until after the 1st." This time we did not get all our food. When I called them they said I choose not to get the food listed on the website. However there is no place to choose not to. This was my last order from them.

Good food. Fried chicken was the best part. They have 2 types of chicken menus which were original fried chicken and bbq coated fried chicken. You can also request for a type of pizza so that was pretty nice. They have cactus pie for dessert, it was perfect with ice cream.

Writing a review as a placeholder of proof for when I seek a refund tomorrow. Ordered, it never showed. Phone is having issues, but I guess I assumed the delivery would be delivered- or an email would be sent. Hope the refund works out, otherwise never ordering again

My first time going to a pizza ranch and it was a wonderful experience, the food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean, and the employees were very friendly, especially Christine. I plan on going back very soon and would recommend it to anyone

Great service with delicious buffet options! The pizza is a thinner crust loaded with different toppings. The best pizza to get is the cactus bread, or the dessert pizza. Come hungry and leave after youve ate two days worth of calories:)

The people were very friendly and helpful. But eating a late buffet at 2pm is not a good idea. Most of the pizza was dried and over heated from sitting too long. Coffee was cold and strong.

Empty Buffett at 12o clock, 1 pizza and no chicken. Took 15 minutes to get anything on the buffet and it was gone as soon as they got it out, and they werent even that busy.

Pizza ranch offers a variety of awesome pizza (taco pizza, mac and cheese pizza, and many more!) I would highly recommend you guys to go here, especially for the buffet.

The bugfet there is fantastic. Lots of varities not pizza only and a salad serving bar which is great in addition to desserts and coffee. I like it.

Sub-standard pizza (like a pizza hut type). Had to wait a consderable length of time for any pizza on buffet. More of a "cattle heard" type joint.
