The food was actually just fine and pretty standard as with any Pizza Hut Ive been to. The problem was that we called ahead for carry-out so that by the time we got there our food would be hour and ready to go. We arrived around their estimated time. Walked into the store and while at least 2 people looked directly at us, nobody greeted us. Then we kinda stood there for at least 3, maybe up to 5 minutes, assuming we were the only carry-out and theyd let us know when our food was ready. Finally a driver returned from his run and asked how we were and took our payment. He went on another run before our food came out. When it finally did, our long wait was hardly acknowledged and when we asked for garlic dip, the guy just gave it to us. Im glad we were just visiting the area and that they are not my regular Hut!

Ordered online and was estimated to get my order in 45 mins and after it was 15 mins past the estimated time, I called and got the call center who said theyd have the store contact me. After 10 minutes went by and no call, I called again and they transfered me to the store and spoke with a lady who I told her my order was now 30 mins late and she just apologized that they were short staffed. (How is that my fault) did she offer me any discount or free anything to try make up for their mistake?? NOPE! I used to be a "regular" with them, I will now be ordering my pizza from Dominos or Pizza and Pasta.

Ordered online at approx 8:20PM the "time till delivery" was 1 hour and 45 mins long, but i just asummed they were really busy or something. about an hour and 45 mins later they still have not come.... 2 hours pass still not here it is now 10:40PM and they still are a no show. called the store 4 times, didnt answer. eventually the coorperation phone line picks up or something and they transfer me back to the local store. guess what happened? no answer. Very unhappy. BTW i received no call or email about them not being able to do the delivery

Not cool. I understand that its Pizza Hut and some of the workers are idiots but every time we have ordered pizza at this place they have messed it up. Im not talking about speciality pizzas. Im talking cheese and pepperoni! Very simple orders. Ive tried online orders, calling, stopping in, delivery, carry out. This place has too many problems. The location may be convenient but its really not worth the hassle. Ps Im pretty sure the workers are on drugs.

The crust was sweet for some reason. Moreover it gave me food poisoning and made me vomit all over my mattress. I spent the night on the couch with a stomachache covered in icy cold sweat as I forced myself to go to sleep in spite of the pain. I want my $25 back. Dont ever eat at this Pizza Hut. Youll regret it.

I cant believe this branch is still open (prior lake mn)! I regret the $1 tip I gave to driver on a $54 order. I live on quiet empty street in a nice area. When I asked him why didnt u park in driveway so youre closer to the door and can get to next one ASAP?

Awesome service, and the crew seemed to be focused on their task at hand. I went in on a busier night and had a little longer wait but by no means unacceptable. Great to have it in the area after many years of waiting! :)

Worst service of my life. The manager is so fat he can not keep up. He should have kept the assistant manager that was tall, dark hair, with glasses. Miles is his name I think. He did %100 better.

Been almost 3 hours. Tried calling 3 times and the call center is in TX. Nobody could tell me if my pizza was ever going to come. They could tell me my card was charged.
