The only way to order a pizza here is for carryout. They forgot to deliver a pop and when I called the store, they said they would have it out in about 15 minutes. It took almost two hours for the pop to be delivered. We were only about five minutes away but couldnt leave the site. I would try to order from any other pizza place if possible. Update: My coworker order a pizza from this location a couple of days ago. She did not know that they always take forever to deliver your pizza and they do not have good service. The issue we had this time was receiving the wrong pizza. She ordered a chicken supreme but we received a regular supreme. Most cases this wouldnt have been an issue besides the fact that one person in our group can not eat pork and they were unable to enjoy the pizza with us. If we had called them to take back the regular supreme and bake us the one that we ordered, it would have taken them probably two hours until we received the right pizza. I would recommend that no one buys pizza from this location. Just go to Papa Johns right down the block from this location.

The food is good but the customer service is atrocious! First they answer the phone "Hello?" No statement of which business. The young gentleman then proceeds to assume, "Yeah, you called for delivery right?" We hadnt even stated whether we wanted either delivery or carryout. Then he goes on to argue that our coupon is expired without even asking for the code. When it came time for our total we were told a totally bogus amount and when I corrected him he just huffed and gave the phone to the manager. Thank goodness for competent managerial skills. Our coupon was applied and our total was fixed. However, as I was sitting in the store awaiting my pizzas, a lady came in to get her order and they didnt even have her order in the system and instead of the manager stepping right up to handle the situation the young woman at the cashier yelled to the back. "I dont understand why its not in the computer and I have a line to the door." This is the poorest excuse of a customer service interaction I have ever witnessed. We will not be ordering from this location again.

I order from this restaurant a few times a month for delivery, usually I receive Excellent pizza cooked all the way and sometimes we get wings with our order, and the only complaint Ive had until this recent experience was that the wings have been tossed into the container, but thats it, the sauce is underneath the wings when you open the box as a customer, this is bad presentation. If I wanted naked wings I would have ordered that. A customer eats with their eyes first, and the tongue second, so I would at least toss the wings in the sauce to give a better presentation for the customer. Usually i would never post a review for something as petty as my chicken wings looking carelessly made, however last night I ordered from this location for delivery, and waited an hour for the stuffed crust pizza, to find it horribly undercooked, so much so that the cheese was coming off in one fell swoop and it was lukewarm at best. They at least got my order right, but undercooked pizza is a hellish thing to eat. Please dont do this again Pizza Hut.

Well being a previous employee of Pizza Hut I usually do carry out because the way the run there delivery makes it notorious for getting no so fresh food. Well being that my fiance is working and has our only vehicle I decided to get delivery and of course no surprise. The delivery time said an hour and a half which is no big deal to me even though I only live about 10 min down the street. I only ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and when it got here it was almost completely cold. By time I got to my second piece it was even hard in the middle. So just a suggestion to everyone do carry out if possible when ordering pizza hut. If you want delivery I suggest getting dominoes right down the street. Every time Ive ordered delivery from them its so fresh its still steaming. And theyre practically the same distance away, kind of sad. Sorry for giving you a chance pizza hut, but thank you for reminding me why I dont order your food as much anymore.

This place is so bad its almost funny. The first time we ordered, it took right around two hours for it to be delivered. They had estimated 30 minutes. The next time, we ordered a carry out taco pizza. What we received was a taco pizza without any toppings. They had baked a pizza with cheese and beef and then gave it to us just like that. When we asked about it, they just handed us the missing toppings in a grocery bag and we made it ourselves. Tonight, we ordered a dinner box. If youre not familiar, it comes with a small pizza, mozerella sticks, and cinnamon sticks. The pizza was fine, but the mozerella sticks were thrown in upside down and the cinnamon sticks didnt have any cinnamon on them. We will definitely not be giving them another chance. Wouldnt give any stars if it was an option. Place needs to be shut down; such a joke.

Terrible experience with this pizza hut. FIRST: I received a pizza from them a few weeks ago that was delivered with no sauce, it was just cheese on top of the pizza crust and chicken. They also didnt put the crust seasoning I requested on it. I called in and it was going to take over an hour to get another pizza so I just took credit because I couldnt wait that long to feed my family after already waiting an hour for the first delivery. NEXT: I called in last night to use my credit as I was told to do (by giving my phone number) and they had no credit on file. The manager did give me credit anyway, but I ordered a beef taco pizza with the pizza hut seasoning on crust and I got a ham or bacon and extra beans, and no beef or seasoned crust...it was gross. Seriously not good at all. Incredibly disappointed.

After the phone rang Forever I finally got what is apparently a call center she couldnt find the town that our Pizza Hut is located in because I didnt have the exact street address she told me it would take 15 minutes for pickup once I placed my entire order she told me it would be 40 minutes before it was ready I told her she had told me it would be 15 minutes she said well thats just average. I told her no she had specifically told me it would be 15 minutes she said will sir its not its 40 do you want the pizza or not I told her no I go somewhere else. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again and I would recommend nobody else go there either unless you want to deal with a call center that cant even find your local restaurant.

They always forget your toppings for the beef taco, and I tell them to go back and get them. Then they still forget your stuff, they forgot to bring in the first place... So I decided to go to the store to get my money back and they have to email someone to refund my money... plus, as the lady is explaining this process, I notice a guy in the back not wearing gloves, coughs then grabs some cheese and prinkles it on the pizza. Now, Im satisfied that I will never order my pizza for this store never again... P.S. Hire more people so you can answer your phone calls, counted five calls while I was there... This store is a complete mess!!!!!!!
