Worst Chickfila experience and I know Chickfila. Something happened here Ive never experienced before at any Chickfila. I order no one was in line just me. Pull up to the window pay and nothing. No drink, no food. The dining room was near empty there were maybe 8 cars in the parking lot, counting mine. The girl returns to the window and tells me to pull forward. I do, but first I had to request that I get at least my drink she made it. Also I asked to get some Chickfila Sauce she assured me it would be in the bag. So I pull up dumbfounded for a 12 nugget meal, but things happen. So I wait and wait. Finally other cars are appearing in the drive through. I continue to sit. I was forced to move to keep from blocking traffic. Then I see a worker with a bag of food hes walking towards me and turns away then I start trying (waving, yelling, honking mind you this is not NYC this would stand out)to get his attention to not avail. He goes back in I pull around to the window the girl at the window tells him that Im at the window after trying to chase him down. He walks out of the restaurant again and up to the window and hands me my food from outside the drive through window. Im flabbergasted, even the girl in the window is looking like what the heck! I drive of after spending 15mins on what is usually a 4min transaction. Get home and find the nuggets are I wouldnt say burned but they were very dark, dry, & crunchy. And the kicker no Chickfila Sauce. I know this is a new store but Ill give it more time before I go back.

The first couple of times I went to this location I though maybe I got new hires who werent quite trained on the level of service that Chick-fil-a is KNOWN for. However, after today experience Ive determined that this location is the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever gone to. I felt like I was at McDonalds today! The cashier at the drive thru did not even acknowledge me, she just stuck her hand out for my payment and then stuck her hand back out for me to grab my card. Never looked at me, never gave me the good ole "my pleasure" and certainly did not make me feel like they appreciated my business. I go out of my way to go to Chick-fil-a restaurants, but now thats over. I will never go back to this location. From here on out its the Dowlen location or bust.

I am going through a rough time. We are currently living in the hospital across the street. But all of the employees made me feel so welcomed they were so sweet. I have a 9 month old son who I was holding while trying to balance the food try. One worker quickly grabbed it from my hands and another went to the condiments to get me everything I need. They both followed me to the table and another worker got a highchair for me. Oh and the food was amazing. But I think I would still go there if the food wasnt that great just to be surrounded by people who care. Thank you Chick-fil-A!

This place is hard to get in and out of but that isnt the restaurants fault. The line is always long but it goes very fast. Now to why it is a 5 star review. It is the most friendly, clean, fresh, fast food restaurant I ever been to. Go there and sit down inside and if the lady doesnt come and greet you at your table with condiments and offers to refill your drink for you I will change my rating. I just wish I would have remembered to take pictures.

I like to call this place a gourmet fast food restaurant. They serve is lighting fast and the staff go beyond expectations when communicating with their customers. You will occasionally hear "Its a pleasure to serve you" from them. The food is fresh and hot. It taste as if only high quality ingredients were used. The dining area is clean. Overall, they really a few steps above other fast food establishments.

I picked my nephew from school he wanted to go chick-fil-a, now I have never been here, so we get here, he orders a 4 piece strips meal with a strawberry shake, me, I just get a lemonade. That was the BEST lemonade EVER!!! He says he comes here often with his mom, needless to say Im definitely coming back, the lemonade os to die for, not to mention the waffle fries.

No.7 on the breakfast menu with a large lemonade was uttered three times and still got the drink order wrong twice in one week. When mentioned I ordered a large drink the look on the face of the cashier wasnt pleasant. No apology, no "my pleasure", poor customer relations according to me. Wont be visiting this location again!

I am an avid chickfila-goer and this is the worst chicken biscuit have ever had. Cant even believe they served it to me that way. It was overcooked, dry, hard, and almost cold. I had to try three tables out because the first two were broken and wobbly (and this place opened not long ago).

Person charged us for and gave us 3 cool wraps when we only asked for one, then did not offer to fix their mistake. By this time it had taken so long we just wanted to leave. Chicken strips were cold, only got 2 strips in box (supposed to be 3). No toilet paper in bathroom stall.

I eat breakfast here every morning, and for good reason. The food here is amazing during breakfast and lunch. Dont even get me started on how fast it is, Ive seen car lines that go all the way back to other driveways and i still get my food within 5 minutes.

I dont understand why every other time I visit this location, whether its for breakfast or lunch they get my order incorrect. The only reason Im so upset is because my order is very very simple.. Not satisfied at all with this location!

Chick-fil-A definitely has the best customer service and friendliest staff of any fast food restaurant. I went during morning rush, and even though the line was long, they had staff outside taking orders so we got through really fast.

Great hot fresh chicken. It never taste like it has been sitting under a heat lamp. Staff is pleasant and eager to help. They bring out extra people to take your orders during the lunch rush so I can get back to work on time.

Food to cold the quality is not good I dont know why. I usually love eating at this place but for some reason the food I got today was not the way I usually get it. I wood not go eat here on Wednesday in the afternoon.

There as a fly in one of our drinks a few weeks ago and I was in a hurry today and was given a spicy sandwich, which I hate spice and I did not have time to turn around and do anything about it. Not my fav store.

The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because just about every time I go to this location I dont get the condiments I ask for. Other than that a great place. Amazing customer service!
