Ive heard raves about Chipotle in Florida, but I wasnt really crazy about it. I likely would go again if someone insisted, but not on my own. Portions were small... frankly, I cant remember what I ordered, but it was do-able I suppose. I added avocado, black beans, cilantro which probably saved the eating experience. Staff a bit impatient (hands-on-hip feel) acting. Seating a bit uncomfortable, certainly not a sit yourself down & rest awhile vibe. Next day, three out of four friends who visited at same time got sick, including myself. Food didnt taste off, but well... I recommend a local restaurant instead. The city is on the ocean/Gulf of Mexico location, so plenty other options available Im sure.

Awesome! I did not know that if you added a side that it would make the cost go up to $9.05. So the young lady took the cost of the burrito to $6.50. I was so thankful. I will be back and I will let my friend and family members know of my experience today. Thanks Paul Sterling.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while in Port Arthur. The restaurant was clean and looked well maintained. My food was made quickly, and the staff acted in a courteous and professional manner. Food was delicious and fresh. Ill definitely stop again the next time Im in the area.

This Chipotle just opened up not even a year ago! I had to ask them to clean the tables(while we were in line). The floors were dirty and its not big! There were at least 5 people working there, so I really dont understand! All the salt and pepper shakers had brown stuff on top!

The best thing about this location is Julissa. She is friendly and helpful with menu and ordering options. She is like a grand master of Chipotle burrito bowls and toppings. Ill come back because of her excellent service and delicious bowls and salads.

Ive been a few times. I get the same thing every time and every time it tastes different. Sometimes its really good and other times its blah. Some of the servers are more heavy handed than others. Great customer service though.

Im a fan of Chipotle and this location does the chain justice. Great service, great food and the atmosphere you can expect from any other location. Not usually too busy so you can get in without a line most of the time.

Being from Colorado I love chipotle.This chain is ridiculous. Ordered bowl and the workers were giving me child like portions. Not to mention every time I walk in there I feel like nobody wants to be there anyways.
