Im disabled and called today, spoke with manager asking if they would bring my order out to my car if I ordered and paid first. He was very friendly and said theyd be glad to as long as it wasnt during peak times which are 11-1:30 and 5-7pm - no problem since Im using out around 2. Anyway, they dont have to do this but I really appreciate it.

This is a well-ran restaurant. The Paneras in Des Moines could learn about customer flow from this one. Theyre organized, fast, and clean. The food is always consistent, not something I can say about the Des Moines ones. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went in and the staff wasnt very helpful and seemed annoyed by my presence. I went there just to get soup and they had none so I asked for macaroni and cheese and they were put of that too and didnt seem like they were willing to help in anyway.

Horribly slow, and they missed delivering our food to us. Had to wait another hour before we got the food and it wasnt warm. They said we would get gift certificates or coupons and we got nothing. Probably wont be going back to them ever.

Delivery closing times change randomly. One night they wouldnt deliver after 8. The next night they told us they couldnt after 730. Working out of town and dont have a vehicle. Frustrating when times change upon descression.

Couldnt even order for tonight, even though I only wanted to order one meal. When I called in, they refused to deliver because the "Weather had turned bad." It was raining. In Iowa.

Restaurant was filthy. Wifi was slower than dial-up in the 90s. Dont bother going here if you are looking for a quiet place to work while you grab a bite to eat.

They deliver. I love the food and all of the bakery items! Its usually busy and dirty around lunch time. But those 2 things really coincide.

Very fresh sandwiches. Nice light lunch or breakfast. Better than Perkins (right next door) by a mile. Relaxed atmosphere.
