RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSANITARY! Ordered 2 Whopper meals, plain and simple, nothing extra. They came with no pickles, no tomatoes & no mayo. I understand accidents happen & wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. When asked if we could just have a few pickles & tomatoes we were given an awful attitude! Then the manager leaves the register after touching money & goes and grabs pickles and tomatoes with her bare hands! After, we proceeded to watch her as we picked at our food. A group of her friends came in with a baby & she picked up their baby and had it behind the counter with her, placing the poor child on every surface she walked to while she was waiting on other people. She continued to ignore her customers & talked to her friends while cashing them out. I understand working in customer service is hard....but Ive never seen behavior like this. Avoid if possible.

Floors were not clean. It had just rained and there was water on the floor that had acted like ice. My mom slipped and fell against door jam ( which kept her from falling ). Shes in her 70s at walks with canes. She refused to go any further. I took her thru the drive thru and ordered. When paying , I politely notified the person at the window about the situation at the entrance to the restaurant and was met with a blank stare. Far too often fast food chains reuse the same same water and mop as they use in the cooking area thus spreading a layer of oil on the dining room floor. Water and oil dont mix!

The place sucks they dont give u what u order then when u do say something they look at u like u r nuts. Give u fries or onion rings that have been setting for a while and when u ask for fresh ones they give u the old ones. No manager to speak of on duty and employees patking in front of place by the handy caped spots thats not right. Customers should come fitst but at burger king the customers ate not first

just left this bruger king and the empyloees are so rude. my boyfriend ordered the 2 for 5 deal and he wanted 2 of those well we were wanting fries but the girl that was working drive thur just cut him right off and told us our total.. didnt even ask if we wanted anything else. i understand everyone needs a first job but train them right.. personal was so poor... never will be back.

Make sure you dont stand too still, or your shoes will get stuck to the floor. They told us that they didnt have one item that we wanted to order up front, but then took ten minutes to tell us another item we had ordered was out of stock. There where flys swarming in the kitchen. And as I write this, one of the employees is violating state law by smoking right outside the entrance.

Extremely slow service. People there didnt seem to care at all. Me and several customers got tired of waiting so we left. Anything over 2 stars I wouldnt believe it was a legitimate rating.
