This place is LEGIT! I mean, totally unexpected and very pleased. I WILL BE BACK. Motto: It’s Simple!!! Quality food and good customer service equals success. So I havent been in this building since it was formally Quiznos. Quiznos had it going on; to where I was dropping 120 a month easy. Loved it. UNTIL they changed the model, GREED. Lesser portion for the same price, nearly half the size. Hence the downfall, and closure of nearly every shop. Truth be told. ( yea, still upset about it ) The Burger Shack; while skeptical this place was going to make it, decided to give it a shot last night. Parking lot hasnt changed, still small, limited. Same ol doors; and Interior revamped a lil bit. Lets go for it; pulled a menu: Now Ive heard good things from reviews; so I went all out. When I say, all out... 6 items ordered. $51 and change. Milkshake - Columbia Coffee --- with whip cream even. Hell ya. 2 HotDogs; Coney and Chicago. So lets talk about the hotdog for a sec. I normally will not purchase hot dogs from joints, they are typically small like something youd buy in a package from the grocery store. However, these was damn good size, snap, and tasted awesome; beef flavor. Superb. Very impressed. Chicago Dog; --- minus the poppy seed bun; only downside here, but aside that? My Chicago Peeps would enjoy this offering. Damn good. Burgers, 7oz Angus Beef, Medium --- Cheddar Cheese, loaded up with lettuce, pickle, onions, tomato, mayo, and ketchup. OMG. Towering, this burger was, full of flavor, cooked perfect and nearly an inch thick. Brioche Bun... everything you want as a burger. BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, ( not actually tried it yet, waiting at home for me this evening. ) and... Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Sandwich as well. What, you think you can down a milkshake, loaded tots, 2 hotdogs and 3 burgers in one seating? I was completely stuffed on what I did put down. Tasted so damn good, couldnt help it.

Stopped by this small burger joint for the first time after spending some time at the shooting range out that way. Nice, comfy building that fills up rather quick with how amazing the food and service is. The only suggestion I have there, maybe time to expand to accommodate the ever growing customer base you all bring through. The cashier was awesome and friendly. He helped me customize my burger to perfection. The burger came out cooked even better than I could have hoped for. Everyone was nice and the food tasted great. Wonderful atmosphere with everyone enjoying themselves. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and I will definitely be returning.

Excellent little family-owned burger joint! I was looking for a place to grab a bite on my way home last night, so I stopped in here. The guy who took my order (the owner or manager, I think) was friendly, serving my food with a warm and genuine smile. There was a long wait (which is often a good sign!) but the guy made sure to get me my shake early so I could enjoy it while I waited. When the food arrived, it did not disappoint. I had the BBQ bacon burger, my wife had a hot dog, and we enjoyed them both. It was a much pleasanter experience than I have ever had at a burger chain. I will definitely stop in here again!

First, the parking is terrible. Besides having to park on a road thats got a lot of construction goin on the very few spaces they actually have, idiots take two spaces. Which is not their fault. But at least make more spaces available. The customer service is terrible. The adult woman who rang us up acted she didnt want to be there. The people flipping burgers were not too thrilled. The atmosphere is very boring with no feel good feeling in our opinion. The burger just didnt wow me for the dollar. Ill drive to Melt in Leesburg for a better experience and burger and parking space all in one package

The Burger Shack is a great place to stop by if youre in the mood for a great burger! Everything Ive ever ordered has been cooked exactly the way I requested and they even toast their buns just enough without overdoing it. The fries are outstand and dont even get me started on the shakes! They make them with real ice cream so theyre thick and flavorful. The service is great and the staff is helpful and friendly. If you want a great burger (and shake!), this is the place for you!

A friend and i came here and had 2 burgers 2 go yesterday. The meat was waaayyy 2 salty as i can see the cook just splayin on the salt or whatever was in the shaker can. Could not eat it. Threw it away. And we both ordered medium rare and got well done. . Maybe u should re train ur employess instead of them all talkin with friends playin with phones instead of takin care of ur customers. How hard is it 2 cook medium rare burger? Never again.

Im a bit of a burger nut, and this is without a doubt the juiciest burger Ive ever had the pleasure of eating. The taste mixes the outside of a charburger with the fresh tenderness of a wonderfully grilled patty. I always ask for a Medium burger and often places will either under or overcook the meat, but every time Ive come to The Burger Shack Ive gotten a perfect Medium.

Extremely good burger, good sides, and great shakes. I found everything to be extremely favorable, and reasonably priced. Like some other reviewers, however, I felt the burger itself was too salty, and that says a lot. I tend to prefer a well seasoned burger, but it was just too much. Having said that, I will definitely give them another chance and be back.

Fantastic burgers, fantastic malts, great price. Surprising place for its location along the road, you wouldnt think it to be a neat little shack but it truly is. Got my burger medium rare with pepper jack cheese and bacon, without any sauces it still managed to taste supreme. Ive got to come back later to try some other menu items 10/10

The patties are just okay and the combinations arent as flavorful as Id expect. I ordered the Ring of Fire and it came sans fire, so that was disappointing. I do like their options for building a burger and the hot dogs look interesting. I will return again, but my expectations are tempered.

This place opened in May in place of the pizza place and does not serve pizza. The burgers here are amazing! If you want a fresh 7 oz burger, this is the place to go. My burger came with bacon and the bacon was cooked perfectly and it was easy to eat. We will definitely be coming back!
