What is the deal with the cranky old lady about 60 years old that worked there for years? Usually she works on the front end taking orders and making Blizzards and is none too friendly and none too pleasant. Its like she and the rest of the crew has a general attitude problem which seems to be the normal mode of operation. No wonder the management running the place is looking for new people because the ones they have had for years or even just months act as haggardly as some old person who should be in a retirement home.

This is one of the most incompetent ran restaurants I have ever seen. Employees have a bad attitude and lack prompt service. Not to mention when you bring it up with a manager they are just as rude or dont seem to care. Dairy Queen needs to come into this store and fire a couple of the managers who have been there way too long. They need to go because their attitudes stink. Seems that they are too busy sitting on their butts in front of the computer or smart phone.

The service was very slow and the restaurant was not very clean. I have managed a Dairy Queen in New Albany, Indiana before and I would have NEVER let our store look like this. My saying was ,If you have time to lean you have time to clean! The store wasnt even very busy when we were there. We got 3 cones and a med oreo blizzard. Should not have taken as long as it did to get our order. I dont think we will be coming back to this store again.

They are rude I wanted to trade the soft drink out for a ice coffee I knew theyd be a up charge but not 3.00 and instead of fries I wanted onion rings .70 up charge this is ridiculous . I work in a restaurant and our up charges arent that extreme its like they dont want you to eat there thats fine theres plenty of other burger places cant wait till Burger King comes in and shuts Dairy Queen down !!!

Got 2 chicken strip baskets and we had to wait for 2 more minutes for fresh chicken they said and didnt get it I believe they microwaved it. Was hard and crunchy not good at all. Called the the manager and she said it was just cooked and it was clearly not. I have had chicken strip baskets in the past never like this.

Need to fire the fat manager that sits on her rear end during day shift mostly in the office playing on her computer. All the while the service is slow, the food so so, and you get an attitude from the wait staff. They need to can some people and hire some people with personality and a good attitude.

Decent food. Excellent ice cream. Always short staffed but the employees are friendly and helpful even though they are overworked. Dining area is usually clean. The condiment containers are occasionally empty due to manually refilling them.
