This is the best fast food option in the area, but I refuse giving a fast food restaurant more than 3 stars. The food is yummy, however they cant make over easy eggs most of the time, but it is better than McDonalds that doesnt make their eggs in house. Unlike a couple other DQs, the ice cream for the blizzards isnt super soft, where it melts in a matter of a few minutes which is a perk to me.

Two times in one week they haven omitted food from my order. Once I got all the way home to realize they were missing food, today I was smart enough to look before I left the parking lot and sure enough I was missing a sandwich again! My husband went inside to retrieve the sandwich only the wait another 10 minutes.I will be driving to New Albany from now on if I want Dairy Queen!

Hit or miss. Just ordered a chicken strip basket with a large fry (extra crispy), was given a large fry that was soft and wet-like. It was 2:30 in the afternoon, they were out of ranch and honey mustard. Stopped at Sams next door for condiments... land of possibility haha

It was a reality hot day when we dropped by, maybe it was taxing their ice cream machines, because the ice cream was not very frozen and was dripping right away. Service was fairly slow, but courteous.

Most of the time the food comes out alright. However this last time they left the beef patty off my burger. How does that even happen? The staff are always cranky.
