10 minutes just to get a cheeseburger. There were employees collecting trays and trash from customers that already had there food. Perhaps these employees would serve a better purpose helping out at the grill. Make sure you have time to kill when you go here.

it takes way too long to get ur food or ice cream and when u get it it is usually wrong and takes way too long by the time i got my food it was cold and on top ot that it was the wrong order

Slow service, charged me for more food than I actually ordered, didnt give me a receipt and didnt seem to care when I pointed out I only needed 2 blizzards, not 3. Horrible service!!

This DQ is convenient & the food is great. The wait time is usually long only at peek times. The workers were quite pleasant on my recent trips. The ice cream was delicious!

The food is good but today It took ten minutes to get my food and there was no one else even in line and the guy who cooked my food didnt wear gloves. But the food was good.
