My husband and I go here quite often for late night dinner, and typically the service from the short-haired blonde is great. Unfortunately tonight (2/24/13), service was abhorrent best. Our server was incredibly rude from the moment she begrudgingly asked us what we wanted, was condescending throughout the order, and never checked on us a single time. We sat there with empty glasses for about 40 minutes before I finally had to ask the shift manager (who was already dealing with equally upset customers) to bring us the check. Acknowledging the dirt service, she gave us 20% off the bill. That was nice, but moderately decent service would have been better.

Best strawberry lemonade, 2.59 a glass, free refills, all you can eat pancakes only at the beginning of the year. Try the berry berry crepe or French toast with a build your own meal. Great staff, ask for Hannah on night shift.

New cooks were training that day. Pancakes will hard and cold and onions were Raw. Talked to the manager they were very apologetic gave us a discount. We go there often, first time we have had any problems.
