Good food, good service. Nice clean place. I had the bacon swiss and it wasnt greasy or dripping with grease. I told the waitress steak fries and she suggested seasoned....much better. My mother and I had a good meal and a nice time talking and the food didnt break the bank. The Hartford City Richards is much nicer and cleaner than the one here in Portland. Wish theyd remodel the Portland one like Hartford Citys....

This is the only sit-down resturant in town and even though they have a corner on market they are very good! Good food and good service! With prices ranging from $6 to $17 per meal. Country style food
