Put in an order two days in advance for event catering. Asked for order to be ready by 11:30, so food could be brought to event by Noon. At 11:50, order still wasnt ready for takeout. Then, when back at the event, I realized that two chef salads I had ordered were not included in the pickup. I called back, and Keith and Barry apologized, said the two salads would be credited back to my card. A week later, the salads were NOT credited back to my card, no one answered my call for three days, then I finally got through to Keith who said that I would be given "store credit" instead and blamed the mistake on me (the customer) "for being in a hurry." These gentlemen exhibit a frightening lack of professionalism, and I would advise anyone looking for good pizza AND good service to look elsewhere. There are plenty of fantastic pizza vendors, and Circle City Pizza simply does not offer delicious enough fare or attractive enough prices to justify their terrible customer service practices.

This is the BEST pizza Indy has!!!!!!! Grew up in Carmel and ordered their pizza ALWAYS for years at their very sadly closed 116th street location. It is so disappointing every time I hear one of their stores has closed, yet another nasty place like Dominos opens..... Wish I could open a store closer to where I live, but theyre even so amazing, they even deliver as far as my area. I have chain pizza places 5-10 miles closer that wont even deliver and Id pick Circle City over them ANY DAY anyways! Best pizza, an INCREDIBLY nice staff and a place I want to always be around if I could do anything to make sure it does!

am not much of a very thin crust, most are like cardboard. this is more crackery very good flavor...they shake oregano on top before cooking...very good and they deliver :)
