reminds me of a modern ski lodge. lots of natural wood. natural wood chairs, stone work, etc.. anyway... ON WITH THE FOOD. I had the small specialty pizza, original crust, half thai, half BBQ with pulled pork. no extra charge to split a pizza either. BBQ sauce was amazing, the pulled pork was in decent sized pieces, red onions tied it together. The Thai pizza, sounded odd, but it was very impressive. Only thing I would change is get rid of the red bell pepper and mandarin oranges... not really thai style. carrot pieces were a little big too. make them shoestring style and more of them. service was awesome. the waitress I had was named mary, very nice pretty young woman. kept up on my constant empty sweet tea (good too. not overly sugary). she probably thought I had been through the desert with how much tea I drank lol. she gave me fantastic suggestions about the menu (told her I was not local). very knowledgeable. I will definitely come back without hesitiation next time I am around Indianapolis/carmel

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful my experience was at MacKenzie River. The food was great, as was the beer selection. But I have to seriously applaud the customer service. When I was informed that something was not on the menu at their location they offered to make it for me anyway. When they accidentally burned the pizza a bit due to the ingredients they made a new one and the assistant manager came out to apologize for the wait, which honestly was not at all bad in the first place. They have made a life long customer out of me. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere was very pretty, but the service and food were just okay. I went as a party of 8 and overall we werent wowed. I badly wanted to like it because of how it looks in there. My nachos were very dry, barely had any of the ground beef we paid $2 extra for, and were COVERED in microwaved shredded cheese. Our order was also wrong at one point and I waited more than 15 minutes for a refill. Im willing to give it another chance, but I dont have high expectations.

Started off somewhere else, but found out wed basically have to serve ourselves, so we left. So glad we did!! Jordan was a great server. Very attentive and honest with her opinions. Made sure my drink was was altered to my taste. The club rolls, fantastic! Baked ziti and pulled pork was great. Thanks for a great meal and nice night :)

The hummus is not hummus its store bought hummus. However they were kind enough to reimburse me when I complained. Its a little Pricey which i dont mind but Im not a fan of places which do 90% ice and 10% cocktail for a drink that costs 10 bucks. Wth is those two frozen balls of hummus lol

The decor was pretty cool, looked like the inside of a lodge and the service was excellent and they were super friendly. Pizza was very good and they let you go half-and-half on their specialty pizzas, so if you cant decide you can try both.l

The pizza was great. I even got the pasta and that was even better than the pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. Also the blonde waitress who waited me was real cute n stuff. Anyway I had a good time. One star would not recommend.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this pizza company. My wife recommended them because of a team meeting she had at work. Loved the pizza and the service. It was awesome. We had the Stockman pizza and it was delicious!

Always good food. Always good service. They were busy with large groups but still took great care of us. Love how the manager is in the middle of the action serving and teaching his staff how to be great wait staff.

This place is great! My children and I have enjoyed their pizza and sandwiches twice now. Service is excellent, but the best part has been the impressive food quality. Give it a try. Youll keep coming back.

Excellent food and service..even has goldfish crackers ready for kids upon arrival along with coloring materials. Very friendly service and a very pretty dining area with big windows. Great place to eat.

LOVE THEIR PIZZA!!! It is sooo good!!! Our favorites are The Madison and Thai Pie which arent on the menu anymore but they will still make it!!! We solely come here for their pizza! Its worth the drive!
