This has always been my favorite little Caesars out of them all, but ever since theyve been hiring all these little kids to run it Ive been getting so-so service. It always depends on whos working. Like tonight I pulled up up at exactly 11pm and this guy Ive never seen before tells me that hes not allowed to sell anything after 11pm. And I replied that its just now 11pm and he said "oh well man, were already closed, sorry man!" I need to go smoke my joint so be gone dude. At least thats what he looked like. I mean I aint got anything against weed, but you can almost always tell the potheads because they do such a horrible job and do just enough to keep from being fired. Guess Ill have to ask for a copy of their schedule so I know when I can get a good fresh pizza. Its not only been tonight but the past few times Ive been there its been bad service or nasty pizza. It was awesome back when the owners were always there to make sure everything was going great. And I understand that the point of owning your own place is to be able to sit back and relax while the money pours in. But you need to trust your employees to do their job and do it great, but I guess those days are gone. All we have now are a bunch of moronic millennials making our country an idiocracy. Over half of them cant even tell you who won the civil war or even who the Vice President to Dumbo Obama is. Its not their fault I guess because the parents of today are too busy acting like kids still and letting the grandparents try to raise their children. Anyways, my point is that this was the best little Caesars when it opened and the owners were there to make sure of it. And probably still would be if they could get some real help. This is what happens when you have millennials working for you. So no blame to the owners because they cant always be there to hold this pothead millennials hand and make sure they do their job correctly. So if you post ur hours along with the owners hours so we can know when we can get fresh pizza, or at least dont have to wait because nothing has been made yet. Like I said this isnt the first time Ive gotten bad service here. In fact its probably the 5th or 6th time Ive been here and something has been problematic. Used to I would eat here at least once a week but lately Ive only been going maybe once a month if that. If the owners read this then I would suggest getting cameras and informing the workers that your watching them all of the time or constantly making surprise visits. Good luck and until then I guess Ill just have to go elsewhere or quit eating little Caesars pizza. It was good while it lasted and thank you for the great pizza Ive had in the past!

I went to this location tonight and they were very busy, no problem. They also were only accepting cash. Okay. I wait 35 minutes in the drive through line. Another 5 minutes at the pay window just for them to ask me to loop around because they were still waiting on my one deep dish pizza. No problem. I "looped around" in front of the store and parked with my headlights on. Another 7 minutes go by still no food. I finally go inside and just ask for my money back and the manager informs me she will not refund me my money because I didnt loop around in her drive through. That she wasnt going to bring my food to me. I asked for corporates number and she said heres youre food you now have the corporate number you can leave. Are you kidding me?

I was riding my donkey down Smith Valley road late on a Sunday evening, a tradition shared by many townies of Greenwood. And Agatha (my donkey) smelled a delicious treat as we approached US 31, we stopped in, and yes she was allowed inside because she is legally a rescue donkey, we were immediately treated with the utmost respect and attentiveness. Honestly, who is going to disrespect a man and his glorious donkey. I love Little Ceasars and I would suggest it to anyone else I encounter on a donkey in Greenwood on a Sunday afternoon.

Was given a burnt pizza and didnt realize it until I got home. I was already having a bad day. Went back (live walking distance) and the manager was absolutely amazing. She was apologetic and asked what she could do for me. I didnt want anything free I just wanted something right. I wish I could remember her name bc she made my night better. Not by the pizza but just listening to me.

Its a discounted pizza, how could you possibly want more discounts ? The workers do there best & always give great service. They do as corporate tells them & sometimes it is a little busy but people have to understand theyre trying their best to please everybody- and FYI they do what they can when everyone shows up at once. I love it here & I continue going

Last time I went here I had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza, while waiting I watched them make about 7 pizzas without gloves on. Then when I finally did get my pizza I found a hair in it, when I took it back they gave me a $1 coupon good for a $20 purchase.

@ cecilia hicks... if your such a food health"expert" you would realize that the uncooked pizza is not a ready to eat food therefore there are no need for gloves. The only point where they may need gloves is after applying heat to their product.
