I probably am rating the based on my LOVE of Hot Box, but the employees did allow me and my friend to still do the lunch deal even though we where 15 minutes past the hour. However, he cashed us out and then clocked out and left. We were still standing in the lobby without food....it was weird. To our knowledge no one was working, then a delivery guy walked in took some pizzas off the warmer and left. We still didnt have food... about 15 minutes later a different guy came came in the back door and asked if we needed helped. We replied we needed to pay for drinks and we were waiting on our pizza and he saw the ticket in the window and grabbed our pizza and gave us our drinks. It was just weird, not really bad.

I love my meats so I usually always get the Porky the Pie pizza (love all the meat on it...delicious) a drink & of course a side of cheese. Really good pizza different taste, & my pizza has always been hot. Not a big fan of the breadsticks a bit salty. But I can do with out the sticks for the pizza & of course the tootsie rolls inside as well. Ordered online this time & pizza was right on time as the estimated time given, your employee was professional & friendly ( I didnt get his name though). Keep up the good work my mom first introduced me to Hotbox a few years back & Ive been ordering from the downtown location ever since & stop in from time to time during the pacers season.

I ordered online for pickup and it was ready at the promised time. I ordered the "Hot Box" specialty pizza which comes with extra pepperoni. I had prepared myself for a puddle of grease in the center of the pizza but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and there was no visible grease on the top of the pizza. Order an extra pepperoni pizza from anywhere else and you will have to wipe the grease off before you can eat it. I believe that this is a testament to the quality of ingredients that Hot Box uses. Their pizza is a little more expensive, but it is clear that you get what you pay for. I would definitely order again.

Best Pizza in all of Indianapolis, maybe the best pizza in all of the United States. Hot Box Pizza is the pizza ill drive 2 hours out of my way to go and enjoy with friends. Its the first thing I want when I get home after weeks of business travel. Ive had friends pikcup a Porky the Pie, stix and drinks before picking me up at the airport. Dont get sucked into the hype of those so called "gourmet" pizza establishments. Pizza is not supposed to be lavishly priced, complex or paired with wine. Pizza is supposed to be simply Delicious and deliciously Simple. Hot Box Pizza is all that and a bag stix.

I placed an order over the phone for delivery at 3:35am and called back at 4:26am to ask where it was and they said there was no order placed in the first place. I called back again where they came back and said the order was cancelled. Then another phone call back I was told the delivery man called 4 or 5 which was also a lie because I received zero phone calls from them. I was hung up on over the phone when calling to ask about it. The man on the phone was extremely rude and had terrible customer service. They told me they couldnt do anything for me. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Called on Thursday night at 1:15am. Immediately put on hold and left to sit for 35 minutes. Finally someone picks up the phone and opens with "were on a 2 hour wait". Whatever, fine, its the only thing thats open. Oh wait, they dont deliver to our hotel. Thanks for letting me sit and spin for 35 minutes without even letting me ask if you can sell me pizza. Im from out of town and always look forward to multiple trips here during an event that takes place here yearly. That changes going forward. What utterly abysmal service.

Because I pulled up there was nowhere to park the manager was sitting outside and told me to put my flashers on and he would bring my pizza to me when I was ready I thought it was excellent customer service also the cashier at the front explain everything in detail to me which I really appreciate it since I am from Georgetown Kentucky and I have never eaten at hotbox pizza before five stars and the veggie pizza was awesome!!!!!°

Horrible customer service at this location. Stopped in for breadsticks and a slice before the Saturday night rush and the cashier couldve cared less about helping us. I asked if they were selling slices and he said "no". Then I asked when they start selling slices and he said "when we open". Obviously not true since they were open and werent selling slices. This guy was rude and shouldnt be interacting with customers.

Hey its like a buying knock off rolex, yes it looks good and this case taste not top bad except quality stinks because sometimes the breadsticks are very good and others times its like going to walmart and getting them. I quit getting them because I was unsure whether they’d be good or not. So if you want the real deal go to Pizza Express which this place has copied to the tee except of course for the quality.

I walked in, bumped into my best friends girlfriend who Im moving out of town with and then the so called manager (guy with long hair and a beard) who wouldnt tell me his name when I asked accused me of sexually acosting someone and then told me to get my Mexican ass out...Im from Peru not Mexico...I would have never thought hot box had racist employees....he refused to tell me his name

Have been reminding Hotbox for three hours that we would like a pizza. We called 4 times, were always put on hold, reordered, called back, never came and now they are closed. Great. Katie, Katy, Katee, Caty, Caitee however you spell her name was the manager on duty. Yes, we spoke with her multiple times. At one point we thought it was all a practical joke.

We ordered a pizza and breadsticks last night at 11:50 pm and it took an hour and a half to get to us. *The long wait was not communicated when we ordered.* At 12:40 am we called and they said it was 5 min away. We didnt get the pizza until 1:20 am. By the time that our food was delivered, the pizza was cold and the breadsticks had hardened.

Little Sneeze provides a hearty deep dish pizza that excites the taste buds and melts the cheese of the soul like a classic pizza parlor should. A bit over priced for pizza, but worth keeping this in the ol spice rack to sprinkle in between the late night sessions of Indianapolis, IN style cheap and greasy slices.
