Writing this before even trying the food, because the service is so underwhelming that I cant wait to share this terrible, unfriendly, cold customer service experience. The individual making our pizza has barely said a word to us throughout the entire process. And as a family of four and the only people in line, the only other employee in the store has disappeared into the back instead of helping to prepare our orders. We entered the restaurant somewhat excited about trying it out, but felt drained of that excitement by the decidedly low-energy servers by the time we took our seats. Im expecting the first item made to be cold by the time the last one comes out of the oven. Well see shortly. ... Our order, when received, was surprisingly still hot, but in no way distinctive from that available at any of the other fast casual pizza places. One of the four we ordered was a "specialty" from their menu but was not at all made as listed on the menu. Mine, loaded with all types of meat imaginable, tasted rather bland. Hopefully this was a "soft opening" for this location, because they have a lot to improve if they hope to attract repeat and loyal business. I honestly can say I dont see any reason to return.

I think that the people that are complaining about the soggy crust may have gotten the wrong kind of crust. There are four choices of crust type. The staff do have a little bit of difficulty dealing with really needy customers (I was one, so no finger pointing here) that ask too many questions and tend to hold up the line. They were as helpful as they could be, but I ended up getting the traditional hand-tossed type of pizza crust, which was all soggy and floppy, and I should have gotten thin and crispy. The toppings and spot on sauce made up for the sogginess of the crust. I will definitely return and hopefully get my act together and figure out which crust is for me. The restaurant was very neat except for the places that the trifling customers had spilled liquids and not cleaned them up. I would recommend to friends, co-workers, family members, strangers...

The 3 ladies "helping" us behind the counter didnt seem to care about customer service. After ordering my pizza (which took 10 min with no line) I asked for breadstix and the lady said they were out... Out of breadstix?! If Im doing a pizza night, be prepared to give me all the carbs. Once I got my pizza, it was so soggy I couldnt even pick up a slice without all the toppings sliding off. I went up to the register to see if they could rerun it through the oven. After 5 minutes of waiting, she said sure Ill bring it out to you. Waited another 8 minutes to hear the lady at the counter yelling "maam heres your pizza". Sat down ready to enjoy this pizza and it was still soggy... I asked for a box and left. Im now writing my first ever Google review while my Pie Five pizza is in my oven at home.

Newly opened so of course there are going to be some kinks to work out as the employees get used to the menu. This is comparable to a Blaze Pizza. The difference is that Pie Five has an oven on a conveyer belt so you get the same consistent cook of your pizza each time you visit. At other similar restaurants, like Blaze, someone is manning the oven and you never know whether your pizza will be cooked to your liking. Overall, service was perfectly fine. I ordered a "Five Star" pizza and it was delicious. It is a little bit pricy. Personal Pizza and drink is 12 bucks. It would be nice if they gave you an order number or took your name down when you ordered instead of just calling out the type of pizza. Pro tip: Get the Magic dust.

Went a week ago, experience was good enough we are returning tonight to try again! Its a new place in town so I understand the growing pains and will deal with it for a little while. Food was great. I prefer this over others in town that are similar because they offer breadsticks. Staff was ok, not bad but not great just meh! Only complaint is a common one I have a lot of places, an hour before closing half the restaurant was cleaned and closed off craming all the late rush customers into a small place. Heading out now for experience #2, will let yall know what I thought. Second trip was great, even better than the first! All my complaints were fixed this time! Will continue to visit until this chages!

The service was cold and rather unwelcoming. We got there at 9:15pm and the staff was clearly ready to go home, even though they close at 10. The seating was reduced to just a few tables up front and the rest shut down. They asked us 2 times if the order was to go even though I clearly said it was for here the first time. My wife liked her farmers market and my daughter liked her kids pizza. My pan cheese was cold - perhaps they had the ovens turned down to close up? I should have had them make a new one, but was uncomfortable dealing with them as they were not thrilled we were there in the first place. I want to like this place, but will have to think twice before trying again.

We ordered online and it was supposed to be ready at 7:35. I got there about that time and they hadnt even started. We added meat to a pizza and figured out when we got the pizza home there wasnt meat on it. The pizzas were soggy on the bottom. It seemed like it should have been cooked longer. They were also not cut properly making it even messier to eat. A couple was in there getting pizza. They asked to sit in the back section due to a lot of kids and families in the front. The lady in charge said that section was closed at 7:45pm when they close at 10pm. We had high hopes but it didnt pan out for this place.

Today I went to of course my favorite pizza Pie Five and I watched the manager hide while the ladies working had about 15 people come in he never helped he instead was at the back door near restrooms until it died down I definitely wasnt impressed with him at all!!!!! My family and I are really enjoying this little Pizza joint. Its fast and yummy. We like that its individual style, so we dont argue over what kind of pizza to order. Its a great cheap quick meal when you are looking for a quick, but quality dining option.

Employees too busy joking around with each other to even greet you. I should have just walked out. The pizza was ok but not worth sitting through their routine for. The other pizza places like this in the area are much better.

Im a former blaze employee and I must say this is a good pizza. They do everything I did at blaze except they dont use a flame oven to cook their pizzas. Overall my experience was great. I just might apply for a job there
