Quaint little place, with personal service. Yes, there is typically a short delay, but I prefer to wait a few minutes and have fresh hot food than have to try to choke down a dry grease laden offering thats been parked under a UV lamp for 15 minutes or longer. If you want a good burger, or one of the best personal sized pizzas youll find in Indianapolis, take that moment or two to wait.. Otherwise, do like I do. Call ahead!! Great job, guys!! Keep up the good work!

Me and Fiancée have been coming here off n on usually couple times a month. The employees are very respectful and they serve great food that really hits the spot. There baked potatoes are amazing as well as the potato skins. There best deal is the pizzas buy 1 get 1 free all the time cant beat that and there food doesnt taste like straight grease like most foods. Ill continue to always buy from here love brickfired!

First time trying and very disappointed. The onion rings had no flavor, the bbq wings were just fried wings with bbq sauce dumped on them. The service was terrible. My order was missing a cheeseburger and the manager said he packed the order himself. He then argued the point and was very rude. I would not recommend this place to a starving person!

Very good service. Decent food and always correct. Never had a issue ordering from them. Very polite and customer service oriented. Dont let negative comments dissuade you from coming here. BW3 down the street had to start having customers sign receipts because too many people try to play the "I didnt receice this in my order" game.

Best food around, huge portions for the price, a group of us from work eat there almost daily and I get disappointed looks if I choose to go somewhere else. Definitely try it if you havent.
