My family and I eat here weekly (and sometimes even twice a week!). We are just blown away with the flavor of the beef and chicken burgers. My husband was never a beef-burger person, and now when he comes, thats all he gets (he absolutely loves the waygu burger). I was the same way about chicken. Most places serve you dry, bland chicken, so I never order it. But after trying Flammes chicken avocado club and bbq chicken sandwich, Im hooked! My son even now gets the kids chicken sandwich (and he is the pickiest eater on the planet). The chicken is so tender and flavorful. I also love their beef burgers, and have thoroughly enjoyed the signature Flamme Burger (spicy), the bacon cheddar, and the west coast burger. Ive also had their delicious salmon burger and mahi mahi tacos (refreshing). The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and when the owners are there, theyre so sweet to children. Kids eat free on Mondays (sometimes you have to remind them at the register), and they can win some candy or a cookie by spinning a wheel. Do yourself a favor and eat here! You can park in the garage right by their back entrance. Just walk in, order, and sit down after filling your own drink. Then after a few moments youll be in burger heaven!

If you are looking for wine with your burger, this is the place. The concept is pretty interesting. You enter and order at the counter. You are given a number, then select a seat. You get a good view of the cooks preparing your meal. The mains are prepared on the grill and the fries are made to order. My wife had a pretty basic cheese burger and I had the grilled chicken breast . Her burger was perfectly done to a nice medium pink. My chicken breast was very nicely grilled but was slightly over salted. The buns are very nice, crispy, yet soft. For fries we had a basket each. The classic fry was great. Nice and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning. My truffle fries, while crispy on top of the pile, were soggy near the bottom and I cant say the truffle was a needed touch. Sandwiches are served on small wooden cutting boards and the fries in a mini fry baskets. These two dishes, why being whimsical, take up a lot of real estate at the table, making group dining somewhat cumbersome. Overall I found the experience to be ok. The place feels like a flame with red everywhere, including the lighting. I found the red lights to be somewhat distracting and perhaps a little over the top. All in all, its worth a visit.

The fries were great the burger was good. The aroma of the wood burning grill is amazing! However, your cook who did not wear gloves or hat/hairnet killed the who experience for me multiple times I watched him pick up raw meat with his bare hands then go to the prepping station then back to handling raw meat never washing his hands...if this was at a friends or my own home not an issue but in a professional establishment with an open kitchen to me seems unprofessional. The man was older darker skin and is thin on hair on the top of his head. Whitestown location RESPONSE TO OWNER. I SAT AT THE BAR AND WATCHED YOU! the only time you wore any protective gloves was once...on one hand them you took it off picked up two pieces of meat and proceeded to rub a seasoning into the meat then put it on the grill it was not a burger. Went to the back then came back and preped more out going orders...WITHOUT ANY GLOVES... dont be mad you got called out just learn from it.

Let me share my disclaimer... I do not like burgers, however, my husband does. They have more than burgers which is always a plus... The burger was juicy and cooked well just needed some additional seasoning. Truffle were not very tasty... it was hard to find a clean table, one family actually began cleaning their own table off to sit down. They were out of Gelato and unable to make a shake; however, they gave us a card to receive a free shake on the next visit. Very nice staff, just need more help cleaning dining area. Also we visited the one in Whitestown......

This establishment just barely gets three stars. I dont dislike it but I sure would not recommend it. I would not be mad if for some reason I was kidnapped and all my captors gave me was a Flamme Burger. We have been here twice and both times is was very meh. They will ask how you want your burger done and you can say what ever you like but the out come is a total gamble. I asked for medium rare and I got well done. My friend asked for medium well and got medium rare.

Flamme Burger has some of the best burgers i have ever tried. Bit Pricey but u get what you pay for and this burger is well worth the money . The BBQ Burger is the bomb! Stay away from the fries though. We have tried the regular fries and the Parmesan Truffle fries and asked them specifically to make them extra crispy and they have come out under cooked and awful each time. The seasoning they use for the Parmesan Truffle fries if overpowering and disgusting.

I was hoping for so much more! Ordered a half size Thai Chicken Salad. They forgot the almonds, but no matter, the salad is absolutely awful! The chicken is marinated and so salty you cant eat it. The dressing, a thai peanut version was worst yet! The salad went to the trash! I also ordered a side of Parm Truffle Fries, the flavor was good, but the fries are NOT crispy at all. Not pleased! I suggest you "reinvent" this salad!

Its a little odd when you first get in, but food was really good and setting was comfortable. If you want to be waited on, sit at the bar. All the rest of the seating is served after ordering at the counter. Fries are delicious and fried by themselves, so safe for gluten free eaters. They also have a gluten free bun available and the burger itself was juicy and flavorful (the Sunny Side was awesome). Will definitely go back.

I was very impressed with both the burgers and the milkshakes. The flamme burger had an excellent amount of heat but wasnt overpowering and both the smores and red velvet milkshakes were some of the best Ive ever had. The flame-kissed marshmallows on the smores milkshake was an excellent addition. The fries were also excellent. Appreciated the friendly service and the overall atmosphere. Hope to head back soon.

The service is extremely slow. It took him 7 mine just to get the order in. Very unprofessional. Then they bring us the wrong milkshake, and took it back. Then even 10 minutes AFTER I finished my burger, they still never brought the correct milkshake. Terrible experience, I finally asked for a refund, and they only gave me a refund for the milkshake, not the other crap food they gave me. Amateurs.
