We usually read reviews before going places but we were on-the-go and just stopped in here. We wish we had read the reviews which clearly say to "stay away". Nice atmosphere and clean establishment(bathroom included), but service was pretty bad. Seat yourself restaurant/sports bar and it took a few minutes for a server to get to us, which we sat at the table right in front of the bar where several workers were at and hanging around. Ordered a water and a rootbeer. Got spinach and artichoke dip for appetizer, "Hopn burger" with substituted onion rings instead of chips, and a 16 "Hopn garden" pizza. Took forever for our appetizer to come out and had about 4 minutes to work on that before rest of food came out. I will say the spinach and artichoke dip was VERY good, best weve had so we cut them some slack on the time it took for it and was looking forward to good main course meals. By now our drinks were gone. Pizza looked delicious and was pretty tasty, but the burger was NOT good. The menu had stated the burgers came with a pickle and I specifically asked the waitress for no pickle on the burger or plate anywhere. I also asked to get tomato added to the burger. No choice on how the burger was cooked. Burger was very well done and dry, with bad quality meat. No tomato. Pickle spear on the plate. Waitress came back and saw pickle I had off to the side and apologized saying she told kitchen not to put a pickle on. Okay no biggie. She leaves quickly embarrassed. Still no drinks. I notice no tomato on the burger. Was surprised how bad the burger was in general since its their house burger. Boyfriend tried a bite and said it was nasty and he is the opposite of a picky eater. She comes back a second later with the bill saying "no rush on this". Onion rings were good. We finished eating and sat for 5+ minutes before another worker came by to ask if we wanted boxes. Our waitress was visible our whole meal, hanging around behind the bar, talking with bar patrons and on her phone. Still no drink refill. Other lady comes back with the boxes and 20 seconds later our server comes up to ask if we want boxes and then says "oh you have boxes" and takes the bill and card I had at the end of the table and THEN asks us if we want refills. As were about to leave. They had 4 people wearing their t-shirts hanging around on their phones and also drinking at the bar so I dont know if they were offshift? Saw them stepping out for cigarettes a few times as well. There was 3 other tables of people there, ranging from 1-4 people at each table, and 3 people at the bar, so it was NOT busy. And as other reviewers had said, it was about 1 hour, 15 minutes overall. I did tell the waitress at the end when she brought my card back that the kitchen had forgot the tomato, which was on the bill under my burger so I know she rang it in and the kitchen messed up. I was a server for years and tried to cut her some slack but it was really bad. Still tipped good though, although maybe I shouldnt have. If we ever go back, we decided we may just call in an order for the spinach and artichoke dip and a pizza to go.

First time here and will never come back the service was terrible and probably the worst we have ever had. This place deserves no stars, but I am not able to do that. After 10 minutes we finally had the manager Russ come up and asked if we have been help. He then stated he would go finder someone because he didnt know where anyone was. A server came up 10 minutes later and was not prepared to take our order and had to get a pen and paper. We ordered nachos as an app and pizza. We never did get our nachos first they came with our pizza and that was the last time we saw our waiter. No refills, no hows your meal, nothing. After we finished we waited around for some time and I asked another waitress for our bill and said I we have not seen our waiter at all. Well after 15 minutes she never came back either. We saw her several times, but nothing for us. We had to go because it was getting late so I threw a $20 on the table and walked out. Halfway though our experience here we watched what looked to be the manager Russ play pool the entire time while several tables sat and waited for service. Food was okay, but wasnt good enough to make up for the crappy service.

Avoid. I went today as part of a party of seven and the service was abysmal. We waiting for several minutes before we were even acknowledged and that is because we had to find someone who worked there. We moved our own tables together, and once the drinks were ordered, had to go get them because no one brought them to us. Once our orders were in, we waited for a long time for the food. They were short staffed but what service we did get was not great at all. Once we finally got the food, one item was missing, one order was wrong, and one order was not hot, and it was all mediocre. We never got any apology, and the only fast part of the service was running the credit cards. What was worse, there were upwards of a dozen loud unsupervised teenagers using the pool tables. A fairly large group of what would have been paying customers walked in and walked right back out at the sight and sound of these kids, and had they all been there when we got there, we would have done the same.

This is by far the Coolest Bar/ Restaurant ever. If you live in the Fennville West Michigan area this is the place to be. can play pool with friends or family wile you wait for your food or you can sit in the bar and catch the "Detroit lions game" but what really makes this restaurant especial is that all of there pizza in hand made, nothing in there is out of the box. love this place!

The place is not busy and we had to wait over 1 hour to get our food. The manager could have been more helpful but states their kitchen is small and they also do take out orders. One of the few other tables near us receiver their food and left well before we even got our food and they arrived after us. It would be wise to let your customers know they have to wait this long for food.

Well...our first night of vacation, arriving late. We called for a pizza delivery at 9:00pm, recalled at 10:10pm of which we were hung up on, recalled them at 10:30pm- no explanation and they RE-took order. Pizza finally arrived at 11:20. We are about 1.5mi from this facility.

Im not working here anymore but I will ALWAYS come back for food and drinks! Love the staff and the environment. The large westside windows makes me feel like were still outside. Fenn Valley Wines, Cranes Hard Cider, great decor and drinks! Highly recommend! ❤
